    Flower: Has star shaped flowers with red stripes and yellow background. In center of this unusual flower is a dark red "lifesaver" or circle.
    Description: A low growing succulent that can grow up to 6 inches tall and with offsets, it can grow to about 6 to 8 inches wide.
    Sun: Partial sun outdoors.
    Water: Once a week to every 14 days depending the climate you are in.
    Frost: cold and frost hardy up to about 30 °F

    These are in plastic pots. A lot of people have problems with root rot even when they grow them in clay pots. What does your soil contain and the ratios of each? What mixture and ratios would you use for growing in clay pots INDOORS?

      Thank you for your questions. Our soil mixture contains about 40% pumice and perlite mixed with fir bark
      coarse washed sand, mycorrhizal fungi, and a slow release fertilizer. If want you extra drainage, you can add more pumice to the mix for growing succulents and cacti in clay pots indoors.
