Do you have to make a new pad between sessions? Im concerned that the dried up shellac inside the pad will make the following application too concentrated

      Hi Charles,
No you do not need to make a new pad in between sessions. Put your pad inside a tightly sealed jar, like a jam jar. Many polishers use their pads over and over for many projects.

Some people put a little bit of denatured alcohol on the pad before storing. If your pad hardens, then you will need to make a new one.
