The inglot palettes are designed to be able to take the pans out using the magnet (I didn't know this at first and ruined a pan) so take the lid of the palette and on the corners you there are tiny magnets, set one of these magnetised corners over the corner of a pan and it should lift out. It's a very clever design and their eyeshadows are amazing!!!x
You always pick the most unexpectedly gorgeous eyeshadow colors. I often look at them in the pan and think they look boring, then you put them on and they're the sexiest looks I've seen. Well done. I think you should do a video on your favorite eyeshadow shades.
PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, but I especially loved this video! Yours always feel so real and relaxed, so many youtubers have such amazing lighting, with a £60 candle in the background and it feels so unattainable. Even though the products are high end, and your skills are killer, you make me feel really at ease. Keep doing u x

the reason your lashes have fallen out is due to the perming/eyelash lift. you shouldn't re-do it. get some castor oil for your lashes, it contains omega fatty acids which promotes hair growth :)

Especially when your in the beauty industry too I work at Mac and had to try to put nothing on my lashes for a while to just leave them alone.. Anyway I used vitiman e oil every night brushes onto them it works amazing on brows too x
I know mine broke off from having a lash lift. The ones that she got super curled literally broke where the curl formed. I wont get it done again. My lashes are back to their fabulous selves.
