I’m 41 and will forever be a Honda guy. No car manufacturer has ever produced an engine better than Honda to go very fast for not a lot of money.

@@RAWTEN That's debatable... Mitsubishi is known for super weak transmissions on a lot of models, and if you factor in drivetrain parts for AWD setups, you're spending a lot more.

@@FinancePro203 Darren thomas made 1200 horsepower through a stock auto dsm transmission and drivetrain. Theres plenty of evo x's pushing 600 plus horsepower on a stock drivetrain. And AWD is going to more expensive obviously, but it's also more rewarding.

crxh22a4 yeah the boostedboiz prelude short tracks terrible, traps 160, and goes deep 9's. A CRX with a weight plate can do 8's

@@spankthemonkey3437 Id rather have its larger brother F22 SOHC, which offers way more TQ. Bisimoto ran 9.2 in the 1/4 on a N/A all motor F22A setup Over 10 years ago.

My very first "fast" car was a 1989 CRX Si. Bought it brand new in '89 and I gotta say, that is one car that I always miss.
DBOne Journeys just saw a few on bring a trailer auction site, a crx sold for 33 thousand us$,low miles.
I hate stupid people I can find several but most are so trashed now. Good friend of mine sent me a picture of a perfectly restored black CRX Si just like I had...made me cry...lol
DBOne Journeys my buddy had one back in the early 90s,that’s the car that turned me into a Honda fan,he used to abuse the shit out of that car and it wouldn’t die or even break down. I’ve had a few Preludes and civics over the last twenty years. Currently have a clean 01 prelude and a 92 Civic SI hatch with 443 thousand kms on it,love my cars and I wanna find another clean eg hatch to keep in nice shape. Greetings from British Columbia 🚗

That turbo manifold is beautiful. I had a 90 Si back in the day did all the popular swaps B16 GSR etc turbo, NA, squeeze you name it. The last motor I built was an LS VTEC B18 block Jspec CTR head, Toda ITBs and Hondata stand alone...basically all the good stuff.
I'd drive to the track run mid 12s all motor and drive home. I miss that little beast. Anyway sick build bro keep the CRX rolling hard!

It's a Venturi that goes into the exhaust. Pulls vacuum as air passes over it so you get better ring sealing. Vibrant sells them.
@@s2upid Huh, I'd imagined that a similar setup would work on the intake side, but never considered dumping the blow-by into the exhaust, it certainly makes more sense for racers.

12 years ago there was a b18 turbo crx with only 500hp in vegas running 9.8 so that 900 is useless.
The 900 will get him deep 9's or even 8.90's with a proper tranny and traction. Don't believe me? Do some research before you yell at me LOL

Has 312,000 miles, but still runs great on the factory 1991 Clutch...I've owned it for almost 16 years now. I'm 65.....If anyone out there is interested, contact me. S300 works for everyone honda from 88 to 2000. Besides v6 motors. Then kpro for 2001 and up. And aem for v6s. But there are other systems also
If you wanna go cheap, you can even go with the chipped P28 tuned on chrome.
S300 is great for B series. Basically what it was meant for
Not to be rude but he is losing at least .7 secs in shifts. Suspension seems too bouncy in the rear causing hop.

In such a light car, with that amount of WHP/WTQ he should be well faster than 10.6. A Stock Hellcat that weighs twice as much is close or at those times. Definitely needs driver mod. But it's a sweet build and you can smell the low 9s or high 8 potential.
Horrible track conditions that night
Sick bike (1st one)I can't tell if the wheel is stretched or not. If it has been very tastefully done. I do not like the "hill climb" stretch you see on alot of Cafe bikes. The Honda is sick too but the bike caught my eye.
We have basically the same build but I was going for 400hp. The engine isn't built yet but I think I keep underestimating what I have.
Is anyone else bothered by the terrible welds in this build?
Also at 1:26, dude needs to fix that headlight casing. Hammer the bottom and top into profile, roll the left wall out and frame the upper right corner.
