Chris Moore recently ran his turbo Hayabusa to a 5.99 @ 243mph, and it's a lot more street compared to drag since it's still running a skinny tire in the rear. @@mauserman8mm1 but that displacement advantage is sorta everything. Who needs to worry about power delivery when you only weigh a fraction of your 4k+ lb competition? don't mess with an old skool Chrysler hemi them hemispherical combustion chamber heads they are legendary the best chevy ford can't touch them you take off in that Cuda then you will feel the G force and think you're in a space shuttle lifting off holding on for dear life
Plenty of Vettes and some Camaros that will eat up mopar. If you don’t believe me feel free to do a quick search on YT for multiple examples.
Everyone is decided by the start But bikes often have a slow start
Both bikes and cars had some impressive machines, good job to both!
Are these bracket races or just slow hole shots?
I love it when the front raises on these muscle cars when they launch
I never though american car was an absolute beast in straight line
right off the showroom floor,eh?
Pleas tell me which car raced with Kawasaki ninja 1400
that green cuda was sent to us from god
Lampu bulat classic moden...hehe😊
Till the Hayabusa rider realised that the race has started, the Dodge Challenger had a perfect launch.....❤😂
I saw a guy at a track&field meet do the same thing as this motorcyclist;(come from behind and win). The guy FELL!on a rubber track, knees scraped etc..Got back up and STILL won!It was the 200 meter hurdles I think.
Are motorcycles always only allowed to start a half second after the cars ?
;-p
Most of the time a car doesn’t have a chance even against a stock bike but that green car should be the Bike eater lol. He’s hurting egos out there
The green car wouldn't stand a chance against a H2r, this bike is a H2. It usually takes a 1600hp+ monster to beat a H2r with a good rider.
Having said that, check out Red Demon 2000hp 4 cylinder. 6 secound pass😱
@@danielcrockett8398h2r would not stand a chance against record holders of quarter miles. 4 wheelers are more efficient actually
@@youtubecensoringcomments7427 That's because most quarter mile record holders are full tube chassie, 5k hp+ cars.
You'd have to compare that to OTHER drag bikes.
Though to be fair, street bikes aren't too far off of "street cars" when it comes to dragtimes. Tom Bailey runs a full Pro Mod 69' Camaro for dragweek, and has gone 5.77 @ 260mph.
Chris Moore recently ran his turbo Hayabusa to a 5.99 @ 243mph, and it's a lot more street compared to drag since it's still running a skinny tire in the rear. If you put that engine in a Pro Stock bike chassie, you'd be looking at mid 5-second runs.
@@Arcticun say what you want but the record are there and cannot be contested. This is because of physics. 4 wheelers are more stable that is why the can accelerate faster at the top.
4 wheelers hold the record when it comes to acceleration lol
The record is actually 3.22 secs for a car (sammy miller) and was even improved unofficially in other instance. It is impossible for a 2 wheeler to reach that whether you like it or not
Every 10 millisecond actually is a big gap. The car reached 402mph which is way above your 260mph you spoke about.
What happens is you bikers cannot analayze properly
@@youtubecensoringcomments7427 That's some thinly veiled bait. The 3.22 was set by a literal rocket car, as in it did not have a regular combustion engine.
The HEMI was the most impressive.
These clowns on sport bikes clearly aren't using launch control properly, second are waiting for Xmas to come before leaving the line, only a couple actually took off the same time and beet the cars, put Ricky G up no car will win.
Ricky G and Chris Moore 🦾
I think those few are handicap matches
those people are children on those bikes
they were waiting on purpose to give the cagers a chance bro. do you not know anything about drag racing?
@@chessplayer3084 more like career professionals with the money to afford high end bikes
is there some reason the motos just sit there when the light goes green?
check the yellow light, the light for cars turn green a lot before.
does anyone know the length of these races? like is about 250m?
1320 FT.
Lmao!! I saw a horse outrun a drag car in the 60s!! Lmao!!
Lmao!!
Guys on bikes. Do they not know how to launch or are they being held back? One bike got a good launch on regular wheelbase. The rest? Throttle jockeys.
2:42 A 10.16 out of a stock Hellcat??.....damn!
No, not even close to stock.
That green Hemi Cuda launches like nobodies buisiness , its mean
Are the bikes on a forced delay? Not sarcastic im really asking.
9 seconds cars. Pretty Fast
Air conditioner.....no,,, reclining seats... no.....scare the shit out of the passenger.... yes
El hotrod hemi ese es un Dodge charger porque la cara y ese modelo es igual ese carro verde que dice hemi ese es el hotrod de paiback 2 Bro
"Im the bike guy" . Bro had mw crackin
Loved the last race!
Name of the bike in last race?
That guy driving the busa is a maniac
my mom was watching this with me, and said that one time a Mustang 5.0 challenged her in her little Geo Metro. she was in third gear before he caught up.
im just trying to figure out what made him decide that was a worth a try. the mustang was *right, but how did it *occur to him?
What drag strip is this I love it rite by a lake I want to move there
So weird how in the distance they look like they going so slow even though it’s over 100
Why don't you guys ever show the times? The lense on the camera is too crappy to focus on the boards.
What's the name of that very fast green car?
are the bikes supposed to give the cars a headstart ?
DAMNNNN !!!!! THAT CUDA FLEW OUTTA THE GATE !!!! WOWIE WOOF WOOF BOW WOW !!!!
talk about getting outta the hole !!! Cuda is sick
Ok but is the h2 stock???
eh.. cool and all, but honestly not really a fair comparison. Extremely light, powerful engine, and only needs to deliver power to one wheel.
At the same time the other has far more traction to put its power down. Bikes are mostly limited by their ability to apply horsepower
@@josephkluck9526 yeah but the power-weight ratio makes it kinda shift towards bikes. And the fact that unlike drag cars they don't have to generate a big amount of torque on the rear wheels in order to take off or get moving.
I agree though that bike engines are pretty weak, but the motorcycle's weight makes that null.
@@justakettlehelm1673 true that's a huge advantage for motorcycles. I'm not that knowledge about the drag racing rules but I think that's why in a lot of the races shown there were handicaps
@@justakettlehelm1673 ehh these cars also have 6x to 8x the displacement. Usually smother power delivery with v8 than the i4 Also bigger tire surface area, more weight distribution longer wheelbase. So really the bikes at a disadvantage, and the best part way more fun on a motorcycle and cheaper!
@@mauserman8mm1 but that displacement advantage is sorta everything. Who needs to worry about power delivery when you only weigh a fraction of your 4k+ lb competition?
But from that video bikes don't seem to be at any disadvantage. That weight to power ratio means everything, especially in a race where you only need to go in a straight line for 9 - 11 seconds, but this argument would have more value in say a race like a straightaway where both vehicles could reach their maximum speed.
That Hemi Cuda driver knew how to launch lol
Suzuki Hayabusa Monster👍
Fan of Ninja H2R.🥰
Challenger smokes the H2R
H2 lo mejor
@@mrflynn01 if they weren't bracket racing, even with the bad launch the Kawi would have won.
@@mrflynn01 in your dreams the h2r without modifying could neg a challenger easily.it could even neg a max modified challenger.your so baised
@@user-fw4jt6po8b, did you not watch the video???
The challenger won.
Winner or looser ,respect an hemi 70's mescle.
Can somebody name the R1s oponent? I am still learning which cars are what. Not a car guy but I do like muscle.
Which one?
Speeds pn cun menarik...hehe😊
I would have thought the bikes would win- nice to remember what 'Real cars' were like at one time instead of the damn vinyl, cheap 'units' everyones driving these days!
Back in the 1970’s in 🇨🇦 when I was racing my 2 AMC Gremlins one had a 390 and my fav was the police interceptor 401 ..
I was always street racing against modified Honda CB 750-4 cylinders
and beating them.. my buddy in his blown Firebird was racing the Honda CBX 1000 (6 cylinder motorcycle) when it came out late 1970’s ..
Old school engines were solid back then ..I could race the hell out of them on Saturday at the track or the street and drive them back home & use them for work during the week.
The bikes would've won if it wasn't due to them running bracket racing and/or driver error.
Generally speaking you want about 1000 more hp than the horsepower of the bike you're racing in order to put up a fight when it comes to modern superbikes.
For reference, a 2017 Suzuki GSXR1000, with a lengthened swingarm in the rear aswell as exhaust and ECU tune runs mid 8's in the quarter. Bikes are just STUPIDLY fast and this is coming from a car guy who has a 1972 Buick GS.
