alot of placements dont make sense we are given direct ranks for the serial killers and minimalist was ranked about dump so i dont know why he is below her mafuyu, toramaru have scaling to shin so they have no reason to be below saw uda and boiled are way too low. boiled beat base sakamoto who scales to kashima. uda was blitzing shin and easily took him out, uda also reacts to base sakamotos attack while off guard. club jam has no good scaling of his own, he relies on using others in hypnosis, if no one is around and you cant get hypnotized [ like seba for example ] then club jam has nothing to work with. sakamoto in his base state is way below gaku and kanaguri and is relative to apart. shinaya when controlled by gaku can react to rage amped sakamoto in speed. shinaya is much slower then gaku as - there is a lag feature which makes so gakus inputs are outputted to shinaya by a latency of 0.5 seconds. which is a huge amount of time for bullet timers and even sakamoto thinks 0.1 second of a difference can lead to you getting killed and you winning the fight. - due to the techs problems, gaku would get the information shinaya sees with a latency - the tech was damaged and gaku was left blind from the left side - shinaya is straight up weaker then gaku because gakus casual actions are so powerful and fast that shinayas body breaks when he tries to replicate them - shinayas body was starting to break down by the time sakamoto came. additionally we have statements from gaku and kashima which state that gaku can solo the JCC himself casually which includes satoda. satoda can keep up with suppressed kanaguri. a more suppressed kanaguri was perception blitzing base sakamoto.

When he was shooting in the academy he only could shot some 56 shots iirc ans said that he has grown slow so he prolly not in his prime.
