Shan masood should be given chance as much as babar got. Cuz there is no fitness from any player in the team. Nobody is willing to win. If bowler can't executive the plan than it's not the captain fault. In this team every other player wants to be captain, so how there will be unity. For that reason I think shan should build a new fresh team against england which follows plan , which is fully fit, and that's why I think shan should get more time to prove.
