    Osso Bucco's one of my all time favourite dishes but never have I seen it cooked somewhere that beautiful! Stunning.

    ok ok, I get it. You guys are trying to be artistic. But please stop it with the out of focus shots! The image is blurry half of the time. Very distracting I must say. I want to see clear, crisp and beautiful video quality. Please change the format. everything else is great!
