Really looking forward to the next video. The condo market is definitely changing here. I live at Elima Lani and am seeing prices begin to decline. Our insurance went up 600%! Seems like condo owners in Waikoloa may soon be competing with each other to sell first...driving prices down?
Thank you for the video :) I've been trying to find a specific video where you talked about how there are some hotels on Big Island where you can own the room, and for whenever you are not there it gets rented out for some income. How do I find what these places are and what price range they are?
The Westin Hapuna has rooms for a million! Not sure where else, as there ARE time shares, including the Hilton Waikoloa, but for full ownership, no. There ARE condotels..where you can own, but the rental income is split among the other owners. Check out Kona By the Sea, ($850k for a nice unit) and Kanaloa in Keauhou.
