Yes I agree, new age has lots of truth but you never get brought to God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
It is while we are singers that He died for us, this is what other so-called religion is not teaching. It is not by works but by grace. Amazing grace how sweet that sounds.

After trying to be a Christian for over a year I am out. Far too many strange points, contradictions and cognitive dissonance and mind stretches that absolutely don’t work out with intelligent sceptical questions and don’t add up. I also condemned the new age a lot but from my experience as a Christian it was better then this old fashioned toxic stuff
Religion (especially western theology) has messed up a lot and created backwards doctrines. I agree 100%. Good teaching makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Gospel Revolution Church. They dig in and examine those contradictions. God is with you, even in the confusion. I promise!!

But to begin with I don’t want to follow a men contructed „GOD“ who KILLS his son to save us from flaws we have most of them naturally but even then u still can go to hell for nothing
Who kills babies, is deeply homophobic while being a „god“ of love and

The wise one smiled, "Keep searching, and you will be."
For the light that enlightens shines ever the same,
Whether hidden or revealed, without form or name.
It matters not what the thinking mind believes -
The truth abides, if only the seeker can perceive.

"Whose understanding remains trapped in her head.
Keep searching, my friend, with an open heart,
And the light that enlightens will never depart

What is this state that knows no change,
Unaffected by the world's wide range?
Where the false self is seen no more,
And the pure heart opens heaven's door.
The eye made single, the body filled with light,
Beholding the face of the Infinite.
No longer tossed by thought and feeling,
The one abiding presence, the truth revealing.
In this boundless stillness, the "I" dissolves,
And the many into the One resolves.
The doer and doing, merged as one,
The light that enlightens, the Being that has become.
To embody this state, the mystic's goal,
Is to be the light that makes all whole.
No longer seeking, no longer apart,
Just the pure awareness, the open heart.
What is this state of consciousness sublime,
Where the false self is left behind?
The riddle holds the key, if you can see -
The light that enlightens, the One that is free.
The light is Christ. The alpha and omega. The way the truth the life. We behold Him!!! And then face to face, we become intimate with who He is. In this intimacy we bear His fruit and become as He is. Praise God for all He has done, so we can rest in His presence!!! We abide in the vine, and He does the rest.
Wonderful testimony. how does one go about asking for forgiveness for having an abortion?
I think it would be the same as asking the Lord for forgiveness for any other serious sin in our lives. That is, genuine heartfelt repentance leads to forgiveness.
"If we confess our our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." John 1:9
"Repent and be converted that your sins may be blotted out” (Acts 3:19).
I didn’t ask. He gave me the gift of forgiveness. Praise God! He knew I was seeking Him, even though I didn’t know it. And He finally persuaded me to really look at Him, causing the scales to fall from my eyes. He removed my blindness. I changed direction (repented) and haven’t turned back!!!
