I love that Jerry has decided to give us all a video a day even though we did not reach 100k likes on that video. Very nice of him.
Thanks Jerry!
I appreciated all 25,000 likes. I got you!
@@MiculekDotCom you deserve a million sir! RUclips algorithm...
Jerry Miculek - Pro Shooter Should have way more but unfortunately youtube doesn’t like pew pews
Haha, the best!
You tube would do well to learn from Jerry's actual hard work! He's earned his place as a legend, like he said, "Wanna be the best? Be first one on the range and last one off." His trigger finger is a national treasure! Americas finger!
We did something similar but not on a trailer.
It's a great idea to not only reuse lead but also to prevent contaminating your land.
You sir are a national treasure and one of my personal heroes. I've learned so much from your videos, been inspired, and even entertained. Thank you sir.
That means a lot more than you know!! The fans are what make this possible. Thank you for the support!
Jerry Miculek: truly a green warrior!!!
Sportsman, surely you mean.
Sorry I didn't ready your comments before posting mine, your a 100% right
You do know his brother sells green bullits right? Not kidding
Jerry seems like the kind of person you would want to be a friend with. Down to earth thinks outside the box and knows how to have fun.
"Hey Jerry, how much do you shoot on a daily basis?"
"Oh, about 15 to 20 pounds."
I thought it was a repurposed wood chipper back end.
Same
I also thought that it was a wood chipper
@@barrykramer9125 because it is...
@@mitri5389 Made of AR500 steel. Boiler plate. Wood chipper made of thin low carbon steel except the rotor.
It would go right trough.
That is a part of your family history and while you have all this extra time, get out a paint brush and preserve that work of ingenuity and family history. The Miculek Mobile shooting range might make another great product to offer. The way things are going with ammo prices they might sell like hotcakes on Sunday after Church. The Jerry Miculek Bullet Chipper.
The Miculek Bullet Chipper! I like that!!
@@MiculekDotCom How did them big dents get in the fenders is my next question?
@@gizmocarr3093 he had somebody else shooting, someone that wasn't a machine that missed lol
No lead smelted in America any more.😔
@@charlesmckinley29 Jerry has an Impressive lead operation for making ingots perhaps he should do a bullet casting video
Thank you Jerry for all you have done for the shooting community.
I wonder who missed the trap and hit that fender well? 🤔 I know it wasn’t Jerry.
He said %99.9 of all the bullets lol
jimpman120 yeah that may have been one of the 1000 rounds out of the million that didn’t make it lol.

Jerry Mantooth was a saint! You take that back! Lol
Lenas first shots
Not a lot of men who like passing out good information for the sake of helping others, or so that a good idea doesn't go to waste. We need more men like Jerry.
I always like when someone has a need and their first thought is “why don’t I just build one.”
Ha! in the early 70s my dad told me to pick up any wheel weights I see and bring them home. We then melted them down on the kitchen stove and made bullets, mom was thrilled (not)
Lol I've made shotgun slugs on the kitchen stove
NOW, I know what I'm going to do with that old pop up trailer frame!!! THANK YOU, Jerry!!!
Get some!!
Working for it is still the best feeling
What a story you get from watching Jerry's daily updates.
From his own dry tumbler to bullet trap, all made himself way back when he was just an aspiring shooter with nothing but his guns and a dream. Shows just how much more Jerry put in beyond just "being first one on the range and last one to leave."
Thanks Jerry! We all start somewhere. You have to have a plan and work it to get where you want to go.
I respect people that work for what they have. Thats why your so successful.
It's cool that he made it from scraps. That's some pretty sharp thinking
Right on. My Grandfather built one similar back in the early 60s. Can't remember how many 45 Colt went into it but I got to be a good shot..
Jerry is a National Treasure. Fascinating human being. So humble and grateful. We need more Jerrys in this world.
Fine example against the instant gratification and expecting to start at the top thinking of today. The GOAT worked his way up!
Jerry's a good ole boy. Reminds me of my great grandfather. No disrespect. He wanted a basement after his house was built so he dug it with a shovel. He wanted a riding mower, He made one. Too bad the world has evolved to what it is. Makes me wish I was born 50 years earlier.
I appreciate your constant positive attitude.
Dixie, and a little southern engineering goes a long way! I've seen bullet traps that lead into a tank of water, but I think your design is much better!
So many excellent, fundamental and valuable life lessons included in Jerry Miculek - Pro Shooter videos which encompass being an awesome human being. Absolutely love it, get some!!
Simple, effective and home made, the best ! Sweet design for capturing the lead.
And that is why Jerry is the top of the top. I love the innovation and design.
You've earned it, brother. An American success story about hard work and perseverence.
Love it! I’ve had a plan in my head for many years (we’re the same age, Jerry) for a bullet trap that is a square funnel going into a vertically mounted pipe (my first effort at a bullet trap, in 1976, was less than ideal). Glad to see your square funnel into a horizontal pipe has stood the test of time. Now that I have retired, and I have seen your trap, I’m inspired to get off my butt and build one. 😀
That's awesome especially it lasting so long! Its amazing what you can make if you have a welder and know how to use it. The possibilities are endless!
Made in the 70s and still using it... Awesome!!
Well thought out, economical and functional. Nice job, thanks.
You're a true American Patriot! God Bless You! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jerry watching from the uk daily I’m addicted thankyou for getting me through the lockdown carry on the great work much appreciated
Also it’s such a shame that the gun laws in the uk are non existent would love to try what you do
Fine, simple, working! Thank You for the idea, easy enough for my welding skills!
Me: How many bullets will that thing hold?
Jerry: Oh, about 27 seconds worth... From a revolver!
Awesome! great to hear of humble hard working beginnings! Thanks for all your great info!
Cool to hear about your humble beginnings. I don't think to many people today can put in the hard work you have.
It seems like the things that are most effective are the most simple. Great job, sir.
You are a legend! I was just thinking about a bullet trap as I have just got into casting, you are a heck of a do it yourselfer!
I wish there was more gunlovers here in Poland. I'm going to try and get a gun licence after all this corona stops. I love your videos and I even made a presentation about You. Take care and stay strong
Old School! Get SOME! Love it!
Awesome I thought of this once I’m glad it’s a real idea that has been tested.
My dad was a millwright too. Listening to Jerry talk about making stuff from scrap is just like listening to my dad.
Ingenuity and American made!
Love it! 🎯👏
Love it!! Reminds me of the snail we had at work for loading/clearing our handguns.
When I was 6 or 7 my dad gave me a 22 single shot rifle to learn with. we used to shoot in the basement of the house into a trap that was a lot smaller than that! From there went on to hunting and all that went along with that! Have his Colt Woodsman and 243 Savage and will cherish them and pass on to my children.
Thanks Jerry. Another project for another day. I need a bullet trap too.
Cool piece of JM history. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoyed this video way more than I should. Nice switch up from shooting videos. This reminds me of the trailer my father made in the early 50's from the back end of a pick-up chassis - I grew up with him hauling everything in that sucker. He made tons of them for his buddies from old Crosley 45's too, and got to where he could get one home from the junk yard before dinner, and go out after and finish it before bed. His best creation was a stripped down drag car from a Crosley, used a gallon can with a Schraeder valve to pressurize for fuel, no pump. Set and held a Class C record at the local Chicago drag strip for many years. It was so light, he and his buddy lifted onto the roof of his '41 Buick and lashed it to the bumpers to carry to the races.
Always a pleasure to have notifications from you !
That's pretty cool Jerry. You have really put the time and effort in to be in the position you are.
That looks like something we would do in the car repair shop at the railroad 👍😊👍😊...been a buttload of “government projects” (as we called them) done off the clock only AFTER our real work was finished...I miss those days after retirement 😑😑😑
How resourceful of you :) you're quite the handy man.
One of the coolest fellas alive... thanks Jerry.
So cool Jerry. Thanks for sharing. My range needs these.
Me: sees a Jerry miculek notification
Also me: the fastest click in the west
Hell yeah brother
.03 split?
You know, "cl" kind of looks like the letter d...
I can click 30 times in a half second with my Ghost Mouse.
You don't need the stupid "me" and "also me" part.
Respect, Jerry. This is probably my favorite video of yours.
Thats Awesome Jerry! My dad and I used to make revolver and 50 cal. Muzzle Stuffins in the garage from wheel weights too! Although we never attempted to salvage our own bullets. That's an impressive "spin" on bullet recovery!
Recycling and reusing...O.G. reloader...Love ya Jerry...Get some!
Very simple,very smart!
That's OUTSTANDING! The Miculek bullet trap 😉
Some of the best videos out there. Great stuff, sir. Get some.
That’s neat. Cool you’ve kept it all these years.
*Jerry Miculek - Pro Shooter* pretty cool thanks for showing us . God Bless brother.
Thank you for watching!
Love the ingenuity Jerry. 40 someodd years- 1mill rounds. Still looks better than some of the newer traps on the market.
Recycle, reuse, repeat! Lol I love the simple design of it all.
You still dont get nothin free. You earned those sponsors jerry. And you deserve whatever they ship you and then some. GET SOME!
Really cool you made something to help recycle out of stuff that was being thrown away.
Could do with a little birthday, a clean up and lick of paint.
so this is what practical genius and dedication looks like
Looks like it’s been a good one. That’s more rounds than I can count, Lol thanks for sharing.
Very cool, thank you for sharing that with us
Awesome Jerry, I have even more respect for you now!
Keep up the great work Jerry! I’m sure there is a lot more work happening behind the scenes that we do not see but it does not go unappreciated. Git sum!
This was one of the more interesting things I’ve heard you talk about. We need more jerry history. Pre sponsorship and how you managed back then. How were you training in the beginning? What would today’s jerry tell the jerry from 40 years ago as a tip?
Just plane Inspirational! Thank you sir!
Good old American ingenuity. Your the man !
You’re a legend man. We’re happy to see you.
Jerry you are the absolute best! 🙌🏾
You are brilliant we all love you in our home 👍
