I’m so glad I came across your platform. I’m also working in property management in metro Atlanta. I’m new to the industry and your videos have helped me so much.❤
Appreciate your transparency! Have you considered paying off your debt? This could help you tremendously. That may mean picking up a second job to increase your income. Also, once your settled I would suggest taking a look over all of your monthly expenses and see where you can cut back. Hope this helps!
@@akianicole I am in the process of paying off debt but could benefit from picking up a second job to expedite the process. I really enjoy creating content and see the long term benefits of being consistent and I don’t want working a second job to affect how consistent I’ve been..But to your point, I understand that sometimes you have to make short term sacrifices for the greater good.
@@sattimasplatform ok great that you’re working towards that! When I was paying off debt, I found a part time job that was flexible to accommodate my schedule so maybe you can find something similar. The short term sacrifice will be worth it in the end. Wishing you all the best on your content creation journey!
@@michaelh.9839 Hi Michael! And I don’t want an involuntary repossession on my credit, nor do I have the financial means to purchase a car outright which is why I’m in the process of picking up a second job. Any helpful tips?

Hello! New subbie! 🩷
@@DreamyBudgets Thank you! And I’m going to support your channel as well 🤍
Why not get rid of the car loan for something you can buy outright?

@@michaelh.9839 Makes perfect sense. Thank you for taking the time to give me advice and I hope you have a great day!
Nice video minus the irritating trap music in the background.
Can you share the sheet you used, please?
