He'd work a bit like Fake Peppino from the GOLF demo in which he chases you and attempts to attack you (which allows Pizzaface to catch up) by jumping through walls to get ahead in your path, punching with his boxing gloves (used in rooms where you constantly have to turn), or charging with his fly swatter (used in longer rooms where you run for extended periods of time). If you grab or run into him at Mach 3 when he isn't attacking, (or parry while he's attacking) he would be stunned temporarily (basically like him taking damage in boss fights but not quite as he doesn't have health). Also he would use his scrapped idle animation from the October 2022 Build. And yes, he would take a few seconds before usings his attacks so he won't be too OP and you can run into him to save time.
Lap 1 in tctop is seen as peppino being the hero and saving them all… But the final lap turns it all into a need, a lust, for more. An endless cycle of wanting more and more…
My Headcanon: Once Peppino saves everyone they go through the door and Peppino has 2 options! 1. Leave Pizzaface and Snick Behind for them to get crushed and die. (Good Ending) 2. Go for a Final Lap to make them chase you to the exit to save them, they become greatful to you (and so does Pizzahead) which unlocks the.. (True Ending)

He's a little faster than Pizzaface, if I remember correctly, and damages you on contact unless you run into him or grab him, leaving you vulnerable to Pizzaface.
