For me it was totally worth it the Punisher is one of my favorite characters and the figure is fantastic... But yeah if you have to pay EBay prices which can hit over $200 and the clone is not bad I'd go for the clone...

So he was great for a KO. No complaints. Joints were good. Weapons okay. Paint apps not bad but def ko he looks like papi punisher. If you look at it over all. If you can get him for cheap it's an awesome action figure in general. I've heard some people have issues sometimes but that's kinda the luck of the draw with these. Hope this helps.

Just received mine and I think they changed it because my paint on the armor looks better than yours but my joint has a problem for the wrist there where it has gap there. The joint for the wrist is like revoltech but only with one hole. What should I do to close the gap for that revoltech like joint for the wrist?

Having said that, I would love to have this to photograph with sand, water; really make it beat up, like how I like my figures. Can't do that with the original $125 Mezco. I bought a bootleg SDCC blue costume Deadpool. Came in same looking box as legit one. Same weapons etc. I pulled it out of box, and within 5 minutes arm pulled out of socket. I got it mashed in as well as I can, but as costume in way, cant really repair it. Wish it hadn't happened. Would of been willing to buy a few more bootlegs. Now I don't think I will.
I bought the same ko punisher and both of the arms were stuck (melted) to the body. I took the whole thing apart and it's junk. I will have to open a case against the seller. The legs are also stuck on my figure as well. I wouldn't have bought the figure if I had know the arms and legs both couldn't be moved or it would break on me. anyway great review.
Sadly the magazines not fitting isn't just a knock-off problem, my Punisher's weapons don't hold onto the magazines well at all :\ Except for the MP5. The rest just fall out sadly.
I found a few on Aliexpress.com and recently bought one. Can’t say how good it is since I haven’t received it yet. The shipping is about a month since it’s from China. Hope this helps
some things to check is the packaging, it has to have the marvel brand on it. Also do reverse imaging on the photos to see if they are stolen or not. And if it has stock images or a white background it’s most likely fake.
