I'm sure you are aware (Dom) of the sports psychology legitimacy of the visualizing skill. Given your athletic upbringing and how technical those disciplines were - I'm not surprised you bring those same skills to Parkour. More power to ya for sharing your process rather than trying to create some bs 'mystique' about how you do what you do.

I was thinking the same thing. I come from rollerblading and it was always awesome to see a young kid skating rails and doing gaps with us in a session. I got the same vibe and thats awesome to see him there with who I assume is his mum. fucking love to see it!
