  • This 3-minutes of intentional time for breathing and calm is a simple wellness & mindfulness tool for all ages (including kids) to be more mindful, feel peaceful, and ease any stress.
    Taking a few moments to be still and peaceful can refresh your mind, body, and spirit. To help find that place of stillness, settle in and get comfy.
    Breathe deeply, feeling your belly rise with each breath in, and fall with each breath out. Simply relax and let the calm waters and your breath bring you to a place of peace.
    For kids, put it on before naptime, when they need a little calm, or enjoy it together.
