Try to block Shinigami for a few time and not to brake
Its works sometimes :)

The sharp corner on Section 4 is your do-or-die corner. Turn properly and you might win against your opponent, screw up and it's the other way around.

Blind Attack

It doesn't actually say anything about "your hand being taped". It only says "you have to limit your steering", so your hands are still free to move and you can still turn off the lights for a blind attack. That's where the Exact Words trope comes into play.
