Great video Nice painting and build of the car 👌🖌🎨👍
Thank you!
Everything is cool here: Model kit, building result, video edition, script. I really find it useful for my modelkits and videos. Thanks!
Thank you for your kind comments!
Really nicely executed. Beautiful lines on the Lotus 25, and what a man was Clark, both as a driver and as a gentleman. Different era. Better in many ways. Nice video too. Not easy. You take care with your work and it shows. Thanks.
Thank you Peter! The Lotus 25 is one of my favorite F1 cars.
One of the greatest pilot of all time 👍
Terrific video! i just got this kit on ebay very excited to build!
It is a great kit to build! Thanks for your kind words!
@@scalemodelmaker659 your very welcome! I see that you used Tamiya TS Clear over the decals.. I've been hesitant to do this with risk of damaging the decals how did you find painting over them?
@@mattdoyle9772 I have had mixed results. It is best to start with really light mist coats. There are other clears which give better results over decals.
Very well produced video and a great job a pleasure to watch.
thank you!
Beautiful!

Beautiful build brother I just stumbled upon your channel because I'm just starting to build the same kit and now I just subscribed to your channel brother!
This is a great kit and easy to build. Thanks for your kind comments.

Thank You!
Great build! I have this in my stash and I'm looking forward to it! 1 sub from me!
Thank you!
Did you have trouble getting the main body piece to lay straight on the monocoque? Mine wants to sit up towards the rear of the car. Great video, very helpful.
I had no trouble at all. This kit went together easily. Perhaps yours has a slight warp? I have a MFH kit where the body has a slight warp.
Great model kit, but the more important issue at hand: are you ok? You sound like Eeyore from Winnie the pooh. Like, you good chief? Is everything money? Do you need someone to talk to?
Nice job. The only comment I'd make is that Tamiya Silver is notoriously the very worst out there. It's almost impossible to get a decent finish when brush painting as its grain is very coarse, and it tends to dry quickly. And it'll clog most airbrushes. I think you would be far happier with the Vallejo range of mettalics; far smoother and less frustrating to use, and good value as it covers much better. It's a little fragile, but if you are layering it won't be a problem. Keep it up.
Thanks! I totally agree with your comment on the silver!
as a beginner what tools should i buy for this kit
I would buy a good hobby knife(Xacto or similar), sprue cutters, and some sanding sticks.
