Changing any music in the way you mentioned would literally be illegal, in several ways, so that would not be a good idea at all. If you have a small channel and are newly monetized without any significant income and just want to use it in one video, just send us the link (via the website, not here) and we can let you monetize for free as a favour. If your content doesn't generate any income and you don't intent to do so, you don't need a license. In that case just follow the instructions in the description. Monetization is only possible with a license.
We don't send anything, RUclips automatically does that. It protects the content of anyone using music from fraudulent claims and strikes by all the lovely people stealing it and illegally registering it. Simply ignore it when you use it for free, it does not affect your channel at all, except that it keeps you safe when using music for free. You could use the music on a monetized channel without a license, but you can't monetize the video containing the music without a license. Changing any music in the way you mentioned would literally be illegal, in several ways, so that would not be a good idea at all. Besides that, in most cases the algo would still recognize the music you used. If you have a small channel and are newly monetized without any significant income and just want to use it in one video, just send us the link (via the website, not here) and we can let you monetize for free as a favour.
