- I LOVE SEAFOOD! (if you hadn't noticed haha) This recipe was inspired by Dorothy (Korean mukbanger. I made mine with scallops because they are fancier than regular clams, which she uses in her recipe. Plus, I felt like spoiling myself after the March Madness that I just experienced. Maybe one day, I will be able to share with you if all goes well.
Since this recipe was the first time that I made it, I didn't know exactly how it would turn out. I didn't record my cooking because (a) my kitchen lighting and equipment is not great and (b) my cooking could've become a complete FAIL. You guys know me. I still would've eaten it, but I would be too embarrassed to show you! haha
In the future, I will make it again and show you because it came out really tasty. Here is the recipe if you want to try it out yourself! Bon appétit! 😋

SPICY & CHEESY NOODLES
1 Pound translucent Mung Bean Noodles
Scallion, Korean Chile Flake, and Egg for Garnish
SAUCE
1/4 Cup Gochujang
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
Jar of tomato sauce (like Ragu or Prego)
one cup of cheddar cheese
Additional: zucchini, mushrooms, ground pork or chicken, cabbage, fried egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. Strain the noodles and rinse well. Drain and set aside.
Serve and top with a fried egg, scallion, and Korean chili flake
We will laugh together - Comment "Did the ambulance come?"

I love that you tried recreating her recipe and SUCCEEDED, I saw it and it got my attention too but I honestly would never try making it!😂 I’d say I’m a pretty decent cook, but I haven’t really gotten to this degree yet😂💖 Also, one thing I have to ask; what does the scallop taste like?
