Breaking: seems like taking you
Forth: moving forward set boundaries
the two words Break is breaking boundaries and Forth is allowing you to go forward meaning break is for breaking barrier and barricades so that you can move forward.
The conference is looking for someone who has issues that needs to be addressed so that Break can destroy those limitations
The Cross and Crown (a cross passing through a crown) is a Christian Symbol used across the Christian world as a resemblance of Matthew 16 vs 24. The emblem also symbolizes the reward in heaven (the crown) coming after the trials in this life (the cross) (James 1:12)
