Surely no better Adelaide local vid than this at the moment
Hey Alex fantastic footage as usual. Thanks for not having overly loud and heavy music in background. When you have such superb footage no distractions neccessary, you've managed the perfect balance champ 👍
Thats the best spot iv ever seen for snook and squid
The length you go to get your footage is insane mate and absolutely pays off. Awesome vid
COOL calamari & snook video ! Who would ever think that you can catch premium calamari & snook in Adelaide. You are a good narrator and fisherman. Looking forward to watching more of your kayak fishing videos. Good job. :)

Awesome video Alex! Very inspiring!
Another great video Alex. Thanks for sharing
Cheers mate. ☺🎣
Another awesome video. Great camera work and commentary. Do you cook and eat the snook? How do you rate then if you do?
Great camera work there Alex, makes all the difference! FYI; the Snook makes great smoking👌
Thanks Kev. May need to try smoking them one day then!
G’day again Alex, let me know if you’re serious about the smoking of our beautiful local fish, tommies, salmon, salmon trout, mackerel, snook, (as mentioned), list goes on. Been doing it for over 30yrs from good catches of course, nothing beats catch & cook. Be surprised how much you can fit in the standard 2 tier stainless box smoker’s. I’ve always stuck to the basic of basic recipe for best results! Our local catches don’t need any extra sweetening or flavouring, I personally believe. It’s easy as, and very inexpensive & krivac’s well for sharing with friends and family. Haven’t done KG’s yet, been asked to do from mates catches, but just can’t do it🥴 Tight lines, and stay safe out there!
Keep'em coming mate
Great video Alex I have subscribed to your channel cheers 🎣🎣🎣🎣
Hey Alex me and my mate go kayaking down at Hallet cove/seacliff for squid and snook like you was wondering if you’d be down for a flick?? Cheers great vid

We fished there on the same day, was perfect.

Hi Alex, where do you launch from at Marino? Is it the old boat ramp next to the cafe there or somewhere else?
Hey Alex can I ask a random question? I've already got a Dawai Sweepfire4000 but wanted to get something smaller I can throw some 10lb braid on for bream and have narrowed it down to the Dawai Crossfire 2500 and the Abu Garcia Black Max SP30. Got a brand preference or recommendation? (or an alternative?)
Hey mate. Shimano have some good reels around that price point also. Have a look at the newest Sedonas. They are a good bang for buck reel.
Do you drop the anchor or just drift?
good job excellent..
Hey mate, I’m also from South Australia but just wondering how you know what spots are hot with fish
Just seen reports and he would still go catch nothing
They were some massive Flatty’s mate.
What’s your biggest Flathead caught on fly?
o o 3meters
2.8 metery the dog
Like its 👍👍👍
Hey mate, I’m also from SA how do u know where fish are biting all the time

Tony Peake Rui jigs on eBay 👍🏾
Hey mate, love your work and videos. im new to kayak fishing in adelaide. any good kayak fishing spots to try out before going out in the ocean?
Hey mate, thanks! West lakes or the onkaparinga river are good spots to give the kayak a nice run with the luck of catching some fish.
Hey man what weather app do you use? I've used a few and always a lot more wins and swell than predicted
Where about is this. Any coordinates
Would love to know this location as I’m trying to find a spot to go spear fishing in the winter😀
Its off Marino Rocks near Brighton
Where is that please let me know
Mantap 👍
Awesome video Alex and great conditions, what's that small blue thing on your spinning rod?
Cheers Max. That blue thing is a hook holder so you don't have to hook it on any of your guides/eyelets!
Thanks Alex sounds handy
I use 40 pound and i still get bitten off by snook
These are cuttlefish and are mostly found in these types of shallow waters
No sir, these are Sepioteuthis australis .
Hey man been watching a lot of your vids lately and just got a kayak Aswell
We should go out together one day
Let me know if you want to catch up
Hey mate. Thanks for asking, have had many people already ask and I wouldn't want to make any promises! May see you out on the water sometime. ☺
Why do u change the name of every freaking fish in australia?
What country are you from
In usa but you guys change the name of every fish. Salmon, jack, trout, snook. I can go on and on.
@@miamiwax5504 some of it is is different culture but with others honestly there a different fish altogether
Hey mate, I’m also from South Australia but just wondering how you know what spots are hot with fish
