Hi, i've had the same issue when i download the driver for the ub500 then i restar my pc, when i turn on the bluetooth i want to add my Headphones bluetooth but doesn't show up, keep searching devices but my headphones doesn't show up. What should i do ?

Try reinstalling the driver or reconnecting the USB on the computer (uninstall the driver from the computer and then reinstall it). 4. Is there any issue with your computer? 5. Have you installed the latest version of the driver? 6. You should try unplugging and reconnecting the USB. 7. Check if the Bluetooth headphones can connect to other devices.
