This song does an amazing job capturing the overwhelming feeling of being out of place in a club/bar, and the desire to bail out, only to be dragged along by its intentions, its like a tired moth being dragged to a flame. Its combination of agression and funkiness is the push and pull of its subject matter, thats why the funkiness feels almost a little sinister, like its pushiness to get you to have a good time, causes the internal sound of frustration, hence the heaviness
Regarding the song sounding funky, I can deintely agree with that. I just saw a tiktok today of a guy who said that Korn is funk if you remove the distortion, and he went on to play a Korn song with clean sounding bass and it was 100% a funky song. I think that a ton of rock music is that way, where it blends funk, soul, blues, even r&b and hiphop.
Good times and First Time by these guys were also popular and good tracks. One thing was probably their second biggest hit, but I always felt Thouaand Mile Wish was far and away their most underrated track. Great reaction!
Found your channel only a few days ago. While I'm a huge fan of a lot of the heavy music you've been reacting to, I'd like to see what you think of Barkaa. Barkaa is an Indigenous rapper from Australia and her music is just something else and goes hard af. "Division" "Fight for me" "Blak Matriarchy" are just a few of her tracks that I'd love to see you react to
Loving your reaction videos man! Let's me revisit some of my faves in a fresh view. One I think you should look at is Can't Stop by Red Hot Chili Peppers ✌🏽
If you like rap and rock mixed.. plz put on your list and react to 3 different people/group/songs ... 1. Plz do Beastie Boys - No Sleep Til Brooklyn .. then do Run D.M.C. ft. Aerosmith - Walk This Way and not sure if your an Eminem fan.. but.. Plz also do Eminem - Sing For The Moment (Ft Aerosmith on chorus/Hook) Maybe not what you want on the channel.. but you will LOVE! All rap/rock songs mixed together!! If anything.. Check on your own if it's not what you want on your channel :)
Bro. Nobody, NOBODY, is showing respect to my Chicano Mexican heritage.. Rapper Kid Frost. "Ain't No Sunshine" homie. You ain't ready for his style! Brown pride homie.
Dickey Betts died today. He was a founding member of hugely influential The Allman Brothers Band. If you are interested or were influenced by them I recommend listening to Ramblin’ Man or Whipping Post by them.
Whoever the director was for this video must have been a recent transplant from Bollywood. And personally, if I had to categorize this song I would throw it in with Alternative.
I am going to make a recommendation to you, but only if you are into Horror. If you are,, tell me 3 of your favorite movies and I will give you the band and hopefully at least one matching song.
Linkin Park & Jay- Z: Points of Authority/99 Problems/One Step Closer. Lets go. The live version of the song is lit 🔥🔥🔥

You described it perfectly.
This is one of my favorite songs mostly just the beat and the rhythm and changes and stuff happy

It doesn't blend hip hop. Hip hop is a bastaedized and over simplified form of rock and metal
Great song! So glad you liked it too. You have good taste❤
Thank you!
Absolutely love your reaction videos especially of SOAD. I absolutely love this song even though it's different.
Fun fact: this group was originally named Rainbow Butt Monkeys. They are from Canada. Check out their song under that name "Circles".
It’s time for some female rockers. Check out Evanescence.
Falling in Reverse Watch the World Burn
This was my mom's ring tone for years, makes me all nostalgic ❤

Go down the rabbit hole with Alice and chains, hunger strike by temple of the dog and shinedown.
If this club will be closed in 3 weeks then country music can open up a club there seems like that's what's happening
