I hatched Smoochum year before last.
I was mostly trying to get a Shinx.
One issue I have with eggs is when they decrease the egg drop rate. A couple of times this event, I only got 3-5 eggs from gifts (I had the space for the eggs, the gifts just refused to yield eggs). When they had Ash Hat Pichu, I got no eggs and it was only around for 24 hours.
Hey Mystic, 1 shiny on your 90th egg is actually very good. I have hatched 258 total in my account, not a single shiny or 4 star. So you are lucky to be honest.

You know what I miss… you used to get legendary at a certin level in pvp … this time around no yveltel for rewards as 3 wins if u do it 3-5 times in one day
Speaking of the gps drift "hack", I've found that if I am under an umbrella my gps drifts much more, annoying when out hunting in the rain, but great for when sitting at home under the umbrella 😂

Today I got 2 shinys from this event a crogunk and a kirlia and all I can say is that finding them in the wild is 100 times easier than eggs and most important it's free

I hatched my first egg from the fashion week event, I got the shiny shinx with the top hat. It’s also my first encounter for shinx as well 😁
Got shiny shinx with that hat back to back days yesterday and the day before. On that note...im glad this event is over in about 15 minutes

I just checked, and out of the 1465 eggs I've hatched so far, not a single one of them has been a shiny. I feel like that must be some kind of a record, right?
Yeah, that’s pretty unlucky, I think. I have at least 24 shinies out of 7063 eggs. I traded a few as well

Maybe, but remember that eggs have not always had shinies possible. So it's highly likely that you could well of hatched many of those without them even having the possibility of getting a shiny.

Hatching I’ve gotten like four or five shinys on the old 7km eggs one shundo but all these new eggs and field researches don’t really reward you as much either
Eggs might not be the greatest way to hatch shinies, but it’s by far the best way to passively grind stardust and is great for hatching hundos too
for those who dont know, you can get the ''DeFit'' app in play store. You turn on adventure sync in pokemon go settings, so when your not playing pogo you turn the app on and you get 10.5 km/h. It basicly lets your gps move when your not online, so the game thinks you walked and if you turn the pokemon go app back on you get the distance&hatches. This is not spoofing, doing this for years and never had a problem with it. Most people probably already use this. The content creators cant tell you this because its against the rules, but this is how they do it. if you didnt know, you can thank me later
I gave up on the eggs... But did get a shinny Diglett, Murkrow, and a Croagunk from the wild this week.
I'd love to hatch 100+ 7km event eggs but unfortunately I can't afford it. I do have some 7km event eggs but hatching them 1 at a time with my free incubator as that's all I can afford.
I actually got really lucky with 2 wild shiny kirlia, 1 shiny crogunk, 1 shiny zigzagoon and a shiny magikarp out a 2k egg
Guess what I got during the fashion week? A shiny Kirlia and Absol with their costumes! Nothing important but I just wanted to share.
I feel like the whole game has been nerfed in a way. I've done 170+ trades and got one lucky, usually get 3 or more per 100 trades. I've done 40+ yveltal raids and got one shiny but none with IVs above like 88-90 and the fact that furfrou seems to not be able to be shiny after 300 checks, like what plus i havent seen one person get it. The game just kinda sucks right now.

While it's your livelihood, and I certainly enjoy your content, it is my special cautionary proviso in that trainers *should not invest in 7km eggs and/or incubators for these events* as the chances of hatching the desired mons are low, and hatching the desired shinies are even lower, and you're more likely to end up harvesting a bunch of pedestrian clunkers.

Bro I’m having a an insane day, I caught a shiny 3 star absol and then a shiny 3 star butterfree the very next Pokémon, then off the daily incense caught a 4 star beedrill, a 1800+ cp philoswine, and a galarian zapdos.

I hatched a shiny rockruff today. Were the shiny rates of wild spawns boosted for fashion week? I got 3 shiny absol (one lucky, 98%), 2 shiny butterfree, 2 shiny murkrow, shiny dunsparce, shiny rockruff, and a shiny Kirlia
they were all at 1/64 except murkrow and dunsparce at 1/512
Only ones that are always boosted is what I heard

To be honest even it eggs have 1/20 odds to be shiny I still think I wouldn't worry about it 😂 I probably have eggs from pokemon go day 1😅
From my personal experience and from my account only, I have figured out that in every 200 hatches you will get 1 shiny and 1 hundo

It still seems like shiny rates are ridiculous low for eggs and no good iv's here also. That is why I finally stopped buying incubators recently.
