Great video my guy! Testing out Runna for my marathon training and just used your code. Couple of questions for ya: -What belt did you end up getting? Thoughts? -I've tried gels and they always make me feel sick. Did drinking water help with this?
Thanks so much Chad!!! I ended up buying a Spi Belt energy. It was great!!👍 Drinking water definitely helps with gels. As long as you practice what you are having in training I’m sure you will be fine! I decided it was a good idea to try new stuff on race day (not the best plan ahah) 😅 Good luck on your race!! I use the High 5 Energy Gel Aqua - can take them without the need for water to wash them down.

i dont use gels i just eat the slow runners i pass by is this good?
What happens if you are the slow runner? 🤔 Also no such thing as bonking so you got nothing to worry about!
