How to Make a Homemade Trellis for the Garden

  • I wanted to share this new way I'll be trellising my tomatoes and cucumber plants this season. I've tried stakes and tomatoes cages with some success. Using a few items I've built these trellis in my raised garden bed so that I can grow more vertically. Thanks for watching!

    Very cool! I signed up for a community garden plot for the first time this year. I'm trying a 8ft. t-bar and 3/4 inch conduit trellis in the plot. It is my first year using a trellis also.

    Looks great! I’m trying to figure out how I can set up something similar, my raised beds are metal.

      Thank you! I would try forming a upside down “V” for the legs. With the frame across the top, it should hold well.
