Thanks a lot ! It's great to have a team with so few essential T4s (or maybe you became more selective ?). I'm gearing Deathpool before Cloak and Dagger because I'm about to start DD3 cosmic and I'll work on C&D for city while completing cosmic.

I have Dagger at 6 red stars and blue iso 2 RAIDER and my god she deletes screens in Doom every ult and whatever is left Deathpool cleans up with her out of turn damage 🥶🥶. Her special strips buffs everytime with the added crit chance and I haven't missed the "triple tap" with her as a STRIKER since lol
Agreed. My Cloak isn't up to par yet, but I get the impression that the striker/skirmisher combo doesn't come up that much. How often are you using Dagger's basic on a target without vulnerable? Yes, she'll have more damage with iso bonus attacks after her unique attacks, but aren't the targets already dead a lot of the time?
Referencing dagger as tied for 9th damage is "kind of" off as unless she's disrupted/offense down of course, she gets offense up any time she takes a turn. Artificially her damage stat is 50% higher at all times lol

It gives him an extra 20% dodge, so it's more about his survivability. The other benefit is helping him land his debuffs
They are rly good at war but i dont know whos the 5th with surfer so im using ghost rider
My dagger in dd4 hits like a truck but dies quick .....only 5y tho
I agree Daggers ult wipes the entire board even in RTA. Almost seems broken.
Nice video as usual.. but positioning I assume the offense up is very useful to have on SS is it less than it’s importance on DPool
It helps to have Offense Up on Surfer, but he is less survivable than Deathpool so I like having him on the end.
Also, DP does a lot of out of turn dmg, so offense up is even more valuable
In the #guide-t4-investment in your discord, great job on putting the info on New Warriors there. But, I think you forget to put the full h4h team there. It's better if you also put it there as well.

Dagger needs the stars more
Dagger has the best stats and does better with gear and stars
I think u are recommending the T4 based on raid stuff and what about war ... I think especially cloak special is a must based on Off and def down +slow 2 turns
Yes, I was focused on raids because this is primarily a raid team. But it is certainly good in war as well.
What’s the chance scopely will put up blitz’ for SA before omega red comes out?
The way things have been going with the last few Legendary characters, we'll get a blitz right after the event. We got Domino right after Doc Ock and Ghost after Jubilee.

Try subbing out Adam Warlock with Moon Night. He synergism’s much better with this group in my opinion. Negative effects are everywhere

That's fair, but AW provides debuffs that Moon Knight doesn't. MK randomly duplicates what Cloak already applies.

I'm a bit confused as to is dagger gonna be useful for long time as right now I use her in every game mode, so should I go all in on her or wait
She is a very strong character and is worth taking to Gear Tier 15 and putting Blue ISO on.
@@PhilosopherMSF no I meant as far as teal goes, as I'm kind of biased towards her so do you think she's dark dimension viable?
@@untitledreviewer Not sure how much teal gear you've got right now, but as of right now, she's one of the best characters in the city nodes, but I would wait putting teal gear on pretty much anyone atm. You neer know if they'll release some better DD4 city characters close to DD5.

I absolutely love Dagger. I have her at 6RS and her Ult does so much flipping damage. I swear in raids its the highest damaging AOE.
Its crazy, in Doom 1 her ulti just deletes everything and mine is only 4 stars lol.So obvious she is balanced for doom 2.

I flipped the isos on cloak and dagger cause in raids I want cloak getting that iso bonus attack to apply offense down and rewind turn meter again for a total 300% after the combo is done
That's what I was thinking too. Not sure why everyone seems to be doing it the other way around when Dagger is the one who assists Cloak more often.
I think the deathpool basic is huge I use it alot
Duarctik was saying just basic for dagger, he made some decent arguments for it, like 2 vs 3 regen, he said at the start isnt really a huge help for the cost.
fun fact, if you are running in doom 2, then you should have the capacity to earn enough to max T4 all new raid toons. the end. stop all these nonsense discussing about which T4 priority is the best
