Ngl I think this is better then born to be wild you know, it actually has that final boss vibes. But I wished they actually had vocals in the reiji fight. Would've had much more enjoyment.
I don't know English language so well, but I will try to explain my idea.
The first time I finished both K1 and K2, i thought (and i'm still thinking) that Born to be wild has the most final boss fight vibes. BUT, I also think that MUPPET is a great final boss theme, but with a different dynamic.
K1 is about Tatsuya and a there is so much development attribuited to him, like almost a fundamental pillar in the game. With that, I always associated MUPPET like a song for the underdogs, those who likes to fight eternally, with violence and anger. In that sense, MUPPET is a PERFECT FINAL BOSS THEME for K1, because of the fact that Tatsuya, by the end of the game, learns the philosophy about figthing, and is more mature and centered. But that, it only works for Tatsuya, but not the other guy in the final boss, we don't even know who he is until the end of the game.
By the other hand, K2 is not about Tatsuya development, but instead an already most developed Tatsuya helping in the development of others, even (SPOILERS) Nozaki Ryo. By that, i can relate Born to be Wild to both of them, and have this feeling that Born to be Wild is dedicated to both Tatsuya and Nozaki.
But, to be fair, in the beginning i didn't see MUPPET as a good final boss theme, but lately MAN, i can't stop hearing it, is delicious.

@@grassboy7573Yes, and then the theme with vocals plays in the credits and main menu. Kurohyou 2 did the same thing with Born to be wild but the version with vocals plays in the final fight.
