MoistCritikal vs US Immigration (The Series): Episode 1: I don't get this mad often Episode 2: You've never seen me this mad Episode 3: I'm suing US immigration
@@HavenarcBlogspotJcKI can give an example, let's start from the top, the US Congress, did you know, the Congress is never needed to do their job, because they can indefinitely take 3 days break once every 3 day, and in that one day where they need to work, they can spend it by having 1 guy in the Congress room declare that the next 3 day is a break day, this can be repeated forever, and has been done god know how many times. Even funnier, the President actually doesn't really like this rule because this can affect the power to influence the supreme Court, so one time the President was like "this is stupid loop hole, they can keep taking a paid break as long as possible without doing anything" And the supreme Court, disagree, because the supreme Court doesn't want to work with whoever the president appoint. TLDR, the Congress can take a break forever. That's it, paid break mind you, they're still getting paid, forever.
My response to that. No. You do not get to make that determination based on ARBITRARY reasons. They gave you everything you requested. Everything was on the up and up. You let them in or else! Asshole!
To which I would respond "No. That is not a legitimate reason and you can't use that to justify denying people access to our soil. So you either give up the real reason, grant them access, or we're coming at you for malpractice."
Also how corrupt do you have to be to basically laugh at a higher up from EA and accuse them of lying? Like as bad as EA are they're a major gaming company, surely that matters when it comes to people coming into the country for a gaming tournament.
@@iShockGamers usually I'd agree but think it through. This is a tournament for an EA published game and EA are involved with the tournament itself. It's like say if you applied for a job and you have a really good reference from a previous employer on your CV. It'd be like the person reading your CV deciding the reference is fake, shouldn't be taken into consideration, and you not getting hired. Sure the person who gave you the reference has no authority in this situation but their reference should at least be considered as real
I was born in TX but my parents are from Mexico. Years ago, My parents applied to get residency through me. We had an interview at the Immigration office and my god, was it a sad sight. Seeing and hearing alot of families cry cause they were denied put me in this really weird scared state of mind that i hadn't felt before in my life. We had to do 2 interviews. One for my dad and one for my mom. My dad's interview felt like a straight up interrogation. My mom's was actually the complete opposite. My mom's interviewer was this really nice American guy who spoke perfect spanish. We didn't even need our translator for her interview
This is the messed up thing. It's basically 100% down to the person you deal with. I live in New Zealand and it's the same here. My partner and I applied for the same things with essentially the same info and we both got different outcomes because the govt employees had different interpretations of the rules.
I feel for your situation, but it sounds like laws were violated or loopholes abused Not judging, just when I see emotional appeals where this crap is involved, I immediately think shenanigans.
Twenty, thirty years ago, it was the government saying, "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear." Well, it sounds like too many agencies fear a lot of things. I support the idea of holding the government entities accountable.
@@tasnim569that’s awful. My girlfriend’s parents are legal but have been here for almost two decades with no citizenship. It’s crazy that they offer no kind of support for business owners
You can’t hold them accountable if you don’t have the power to do so. What are actually going to do? Slap them on the wrist? 😂 your name is literally on a piece of paper saying you’ll go to war and die for them 🤣 our society is a circus and we’re the clowns.
@@bradthelad8308the government likes it like that, cheap labor is getting harder to find nowdays. Look at the population decline of first world countries and ask yourself why we have millions of illegals that our government is just allowing to bring over. Instead of allowing Americans the choice for children they are subliminally castrating us and replacing us with immigrants. Think about it, there’s no risk for revolution that way. The government can function and do as it pleases and half the population is just going to stfu and accept it bc they are going to be illegal anyways. My grandfather came from Mexico illegally and married my grandma so I’m impartial to the whole thing. I’m just giving commentary on what’s going on.

That title dulls down the importance of it, but your not even wrong unfortunately. The media could likely downplay it like that and with the stereotypes of gamers, it’ll look kind of grim. Hopefully Charlie gets em’!
My wife has been an immigration paralegal for years. In most cases, when you let the department of state know you're suing them, they reverse almost immediately.
In all seriousness, why not just fly to Mexico and walk across? There’s nothing stopping you and sometimes the Feds will give you a complementary airline ticket.
Hey Charlie, You should find out who specifically was not doing their job using the freedom of information act you could get them to release the documents and find out the person/people behind the visa rejections. Then as part of your lawsuit require the settlement to include having the person/people terminated who were behind this situation, as just one form of relief (the second and main one being financial). Furthermore, have US Imigration blacklist them from any future government positions on the grounds they violated their oath of office, failed to perform the duties of their position fairly and without bias, as well as maliciously chose to reject a VISA request without reasonable cause... You can then sue the employee for intentionally acting in bad faith while performing the duties of their job. Since they used bias and acted outside the scope of the their position, they then are no longer subject to the protection of the government, and would as such not be able to receive protections normally afforded government employees. While the government does have laws that protect them from paying out in a lawsuit, they usually do not invoke those rights, epecially in the event of an egregious mistake or a widely publicized/viewed situation. As a way to save face, they will often offer money. The point being they will usually use money to make a case go away. Without a law forcing financial compensation, they typically leverage that into giving a lesser amount. Hopefully this helps and good luck!
US immigration almost cost my former band around $30,000 because they stretched out their reply for over a month beyond the legal response time. We are from a small EU country and none of us have any kind of criminal record. It was a once in a lifetime touring opportunity that we took a bank loan for. US immigration didn't even give us the $160 per person fee back and they said that they didn't have to. It broke me personally and I don't think I mentally recovered from that even now, almost 10 years later. I feel like you are standing up to them for my musician friends and me personally. Good luck and thank you Charlie, you're a good guy.
When my husband and I had to sit down for his marriage green card interview (where a complete stranger decides if we actually love each other) the immigration interviewer told me flat out I must be lying because "No one is nervous when they come in here, so you must be lying" Really? Not one person was nervous about a complete stranger determining their entire future in this country?
What? That is just god awful. In order to have that job I would imagine that someone in that job would have to have psychology degrees at the very least, what the hell is wrong with these people? I’m so sorry
12:58 Have you considered a ‘Congressional Inquiry’? By contacting your Congressman they have the power to force them to answer for themselves. This makes gov employees shit themselves whenever a Congressional hits their desk. And it is free. Just send the complaint in to your representative. They do not always investigate but they may with this one.
That could be an idea, I’m not sure who it is since I know the districts around Tampa (and Florida in general) got redrawn to shit but that’s a good idea
As an international student with a partner who’s been dealing with disability checks I can relate. The levels of ridiculousness and absolute lack of competent assistance we’ve ran into and still run into is insane.
@@acmhfmggru my partner is an American citizen, myself I didn’t bring anyone but the only person you’re allowed to bring in technically is a dependent (example a child) and they’d need to get approved for a visa too.

Ah yes, allowing immigrants to freely enter our country while others have had to go through the long and grueling process of obtaining a legitimate citizenship
it's kind of crazy. I'm a 911 dispatcher and if i mess up a call or make a promise our center/responders cant keep I personally can be sued as well as our center. I'm a bit shocked to hear they hold no penalties for their work. Our government encourages laziness and corrupt behavior.
Same shit with "special education" in schools. Students are supposedly protected by laws such as IDEA but when you sue a school for non-compliance and win and that happens is an insincere "MY BAD."
Disgusting is not the adjective you're looking for. If we think about what the word means in a literal sense, it deals with something that is unappealing to your taste buds. You're also not a valley girl based on your username, so I'm not sure that you should be using it in any context, actually.
There's a shocking amount of corruption built right in to the U.S. government. One of my absolute favorites is that members of Congress MUST get a raise every year. Annual raises and bonuses can be cancelled for other Federal employees fairly easily, usually via an executive order or simply not including it in the budget for that year, but only an act of Congress in which they themselves vote to not receive raises can prevent the members of Congress from getting their annual raise.
US Immigration denied my husbands green card application. We had gotten married a year prior, owned a shared bank account, lived together in the same apartment, had sufficient documentation of us being together; as well as had favorable expedited service since I am in the military. We spent 1.3 thousand dollars for the applications, waited 6 months; just to be denied all because “they looked suspicious”. Later down the line I made acquaintances with an individual who worked for USCIS who shared with me that he had denied applications before all because “they looked ugly and gross”. Lost all respect, there’s a reason that immigration lawyers are a thing.
This is the government you chose to serve. Are you happy knowing they couldn't give any less of a shit about you or your husband? You should leave the military before they declare war again and they don't let you leave
As an immigration attorney…100% can confirm. Most of the gov personnel also treat us like dirt and I’m happy to remind them “hey if you guys were nicer, no one would hire me” 🙄
My boss is a professor and very highly regarded in our field. She had to go to Japan for a conference and also meet with the CEO of our huge Japanese company. She actually got detained on the way back to the US. We were freaking out and trying to figure why. It was because they thought it was strange that a white woman with a Canadian passport was coming from Japan to the US. She brought every single document that was listed in the US immigration website and the guys at the LAX airport told her that these are not the correct ones, and he had never heard of her work visa before. She showed him the website where he got the information, and even asked what the correct documents were. This apparently pissed him off and started yelling at her and detained her in a secluded room "for having an attitude". We had the lawyers and HR from both Japan and US AND the Canadian embassy call this one random low-life to confirm her identity. Still wouldn't let her go. 6 hours after she missed her flight, they let her go because her documents suddenly became ok. Not sure if it took him that long to cool off or what, but if that guy had just googled ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, everything would have been cleared within 10 minutes.
If someone that is not from my company tells me to google my company's website, i'm not doing it. That's not where i get my orders from my superiors nor my directives on how to do things.

Immigrant here. I’ve been dealing with US immigration for 16 years. Though I legally live in the US with a profitable business and paying taxes like everybody else, I still don’t have a stable status. I’m constantly getting bugged my the immigration system, and every time I enter the U.S., I’m taken to “the small room” for a 2 hours wait and interrogation. All I can say is the system is corrupt and a joke. Charlie described it very well. The workers simply have no incentive to do their job properly. And they’re not liable for any wrong decisions they make.

Dude , my bf is mex and his family literally comes from Mexico , it took them almost 20 years just to be accepted as a full legal citizens despite the mex gov giving out the clean records they had And that's barely a 500th of the problems
I used to work on foreign ships that would come into ports along Houston/Galveston/Corpus Christi, etc. Some of the immigration agents were super cool, didn't have an issue with us going on board to do maintenance while they were checking the crews' paperwork. Other ones would point at us before we could even ask if it's ok and scream at us to stay down here until they were done and had exited the ship. Other times they would come back on board and stop us and check our gear, which I am fine with, but what they would do is they want to see the circuit board we took off the ship and check it's serial number on the repair paperwork vs. the hardware want a full explanation of what we did on board what equipment we repaired, one time made us go back on board and open up the panels and show and explain what we did, the ships master wasn't going to allow this and that's where the Mexican standoff happened. The ship's owners in France were back the ship's master, and the immigration/customs guy was getting backing from his office, and we were sitting there for 6 hours before an immigration supervisor finally put a stop to this. When our company submitted the bill they refused to pay for us standing around on the dock, so our company paid us but they lost the extra 6 hours.
Give 'em hell, Charlie. Their processes are so broken I needed to write my congressman to get basic appointments for my wife's visa. And after that I spent months calling immigration because their website couldn't find our case number to pay her immigrant fee. They're held to no standard and hurt good people
Holy shit are you me? My wife's K1 visa was taking forever, stuck in a perpetual limbo with no updates. It wasnt until I started calling my congress reps that we started getting responses from USCIS. I know the feeling. They rejected my partner from coming to the US from Spain durning Christmas and now is Banned from ever applying for an ESTA again. All because they assumed she was going to stay forever even though she had a return ticket and could’ve contacted everyone she knew for proof. They never even tried to contact me or my family. That’s what I’m trying to do, but it’s not that easy. There’s more to the story but the reason why it would’ve been easier was due to me having a stable job and stable place in comparison to them. Basically it would be more difficult to uproot me than them. Not even including the language difference in Spain. I may know some Spanish but nowhere near what would be required to work there. Both aren’t easy or affordable options which makes it all the more unfortunate.

In the end of AIT (next level of training) after they fed me promises 1000 times I sat on a chair in some military hall and said I'm not moving. And refused to move unless they gave me some clarity. After several more people joined me the guy left, made a couple of phone calls. He said everything was ready. All the packets were done. We were all naturalized NEXT DAY. At my first duty station I met a couple of guys that were waiting for naturalization for over three years. Also, when we went to San Antonio USCIS I was amazed how unorganized and trashy it was. Piles and piles of folders everywhere- in a hallway, on the floor. Sue them, sue them good. Those people do some crazy shit sometimes. Oh, and my entire clearance packet was miraculously "lost" on it's electronic way from Germany to Ft Meade! Both offices just pointed fingers at each other. Wtf.

I'm glad you're suing them. I used to work at a Chinese restaurant and the owner asked me for some help reading one of the forms for a visa application. She said this was her 5th year trying to get her mother to the U.S. because every time they submitted the application, immigration side gave them a "please wait" notice and then without fail, at the end of every year, tell them their visa application has expired due to not being finished on time, and that they would need to apply again. The application process they were doing was NOT cheap either. It was heartbreaking to see how corrupt it is. Hardworking people following the laws to immigrate here are punished by this corrupt agency of our government. Does that not just create more incentive for illegal immigration? And my God, I hope her mother didn't pass away before finally getting to live with her daughter and her family. I couldn't imagine the feeling.
US: where being a illegal immigrant is easier and way cheaper. Sounds like the only advantage of being legal is having papers. And those papers serve more to prove "achieved the impossible task" than anything else.

My wife’s mother was repeatedly denied a visitor visa. Breaks my heart to know that she will never be able to visit our home and experience the place her grandchildren live. Thank you for taking on this fight. We will be watching and cheering for you.
I am in the same boat with my in laws. They were denied twice, although this was before my wife became a citizen. She is now a citizen and we hope they will grant a tourist visa to my in laws so they can come visit but I would not put it past them to reject them again. If they do, we will end up applying for a green card for them since we will now be able to since my wife is now a citizen. We don't want to go that route but we might be forced to if they get rejected again. They are 60+ year old farmers and just want to come visit for like a month and go back. Absolute bs.

My brother lived in Honduras for a bit in college and dated a girl there for a few years. He wanted to bring her to the U.S so they were going to get married. They went to U.S. immigration to talk about the process and the woman told them she would deny them no matter what, even if they were married. They appealed, showed that they had dated for a few years, he was in college, she was in college graduating soon. Her dad lived in the U.S. already. We and her family got along, she was a smart hardworking girl and immigration still said "I don't care". They had to break up because he didn't want to live in Honduras forever and even she told him to leave, it was ok. He was devastated, it's been 10 years and I have never seen him love any of his girlfriends since as much. It seems he just hopes to find a girl, but has accepted that his soulmate was taken from him. She went on to marry someone who looked like my brother and even worked in a similar field. They had a kid recently and since then my brother doesn't talk about her anymore and prefers not to get updates. My mom still talked to her on Facebook occasionally, but people have grown apart. My brother still has a picture of the 2 of them together hidden in his dresser, it used to sit on his dresser but one of his exes said it was weird. I think that really hurt his feelings, I was there when it happened.

I go to college with some foreign exchange students, and apparently the visa office for US immigration is like a gamble, very corrupt, heavily influenced by bribes, etc. They require you to prove income due to the inability to work in the US under an educational visa. They also use this to gauge how much they expect in return for approving yours, over the next wealthy kid to walk in.
Wife is from Colombia. We got married and filed for permanent residence. We did everything right but had to send in my 2021 taxes through the mail so it hadn't been finished yet (over a year later). Bc USCIS needed my taxes from that year they REJECTED our application. I sent in all the paperwork showing I'd submitted the paperwork and was just waiting on the IRS to complete their job but nothing. We had to refile and jump through about a million hoops to get her accepted. It was a nightmare. Every lawyer I talked to told me that immigration basically looks for any reason possible to reject you. But hey if she came over illegally she'd be fine and I wouldn't have paid thousands in fees. It's broken.
I agree that it's broken as hell, but no she would not be fine if she was illegal, if you marry an illegal immigrant they are banned from the US for 10 years before their application works. There is literally no way for a fully illegal immigrant to get a green card. I say fully illegal because there are different tiers of illegal, someone who has overstayed a visa has more options with asking for pardons for example. You are right though, the system is cruel, broken, hostile and they look for any excuse to deny you.
So immigration did the right thing. Proud to see it! The last 50 years have proven to us immigrants both legal and illegal are taking advantage of America. The entire goal is to keep them OUT for 50-100 years until the immigrants we have learn to assimilate. We will know that has happened when we see the disappearance of groups like BLM and pro-Palestinian groups. Fortunately Trump is even going to begin a mass deportation program that’s really going to help even more.

Miranda v. Arizona is honestly one of the worst cases of constitutional right violations and a great example of "privacy and safety of civilians are less respected than the rights of criminals", Miranda did those crimes, it was overturned and he was charged with the crimes, the only piece of evidence they didn't use was his confession because he was not read his rights by detectives and arresting officers. One that took 6 years of fighting day in day out (2006-2012) to just get rated for combat PTSD (not to mention all my pther health issues)... Dont stop fighting. My buddy who is still in the Corps, multiple deployments (hes a pog though but at this stage seen more combat than most actual combat Marines in service today) ran into issues with bringing his wife in country. Keep them honest. Unwinnable battles or not, make the noise. Challenge. Pull hair. The governments best tool ia one they used to cause harm to a lot of vets. They drag their feet so thay YOU lose drive. You love hope. They want you to tire yourself out and walk away. No idea who you are. Just popped in my feed but even as old as I am now it grinds my gears whenever I see the government fail to do its job properly. Don't shrug it off. It took us...geez years for us to get the Burn Pit stuff taken seriously (not as long as the agent orange folks which is disgusting). Ending my oldmanrant here. It won't change whats happened but hopefully, if you hold them accountable it wont happen again (doubtful obviously but trust me, its better than NOT trying).

Because no one wants to go to Brazil for the most part, not to live there anyway. US immigration needs to be quicker but there's a reason why it has to be strict. That's all down the drain since open borders though.

My parents are banned from entering America due to being suspected of involvement in a crime that happened in America in the 2000s. The charges were dropped and criminal records expunged, yet they are still banned. It is $500 to appeal, and each time they have tried, it has been denied. That's $500 down the drain each time they're denied. The crime they were suspected of involvement is now legal in most states in America which makes this more frustrating.
I was in the USA with a visit visa that stated I could go into the country multiple times over the course of 5 years, but I could only stay for 6 months at a time. I stayed for 5 months, left the country for 2 months, and came back to say bye to my parents with a visa and plane tickets to another country to prove that I'd be leaving in 2 weeks. And the officer stops me at the entry point telling me a bunch of bs about how it was suspiscious for a girl my age to be travelling to and staying in the USA without doing a job or attending education institutions and how I was marked as red, etc etc, even though I hadn't broken any rules. Insanity. I have precious friends and family in the USA and the country as beautiful wonders to see but I refuse to go to the USA unless absoulutely necessary, it's fucking humiliating and frustrating and degrading.
It’s is a red flag because that what people do you don’t have a jod or go to school back home you stayed for 5 months wich is a long time that throws a red flag you left for 2 months then came back throw a other red flag to say bye to your parents and came with a visa and plane ticket to a completely different country. When you sit in a customs seat you got to ask who is funding all of this travel or is there some illegal stuff going on now or did she meet someone idk what you said to the customs officer when you first came but the write it all down in a system btw What throws me off you stayed for 5 months why did you leave for 2 months to come fly back to the USA for 2 weeks to say bye to your parents to then go to a other country not your home country with a visa and plane ticket flying from the USA to that other country that more then likely why you got denied And you don’t got to break rules or laws to be denied entry to the USA they see what you pack in your suitcase what you bring how much money you bringing? They can look at your phone also and see if you telling the truth or lying they see how you act were you flown to and all this and that.
I tried calling for a USCIS rep. and they WILL NOT give you one even if the machine can't answer your question. And if you request a rep. too many times the machine will straight up end your call. Imagine trying to just start a process, but the agency you have to rely on won't even let you talk to a person for complicated questions.
You can do a live chat and request an agent. Good luck, all I got were people that would give me the first plausible sounding reason for me to stop chatting, and when I would quote their own website showing they were wrong, they would just pretend to be too stupid to know what I was talking about. I got all my answers from using Google, and getting information from third party websites. Which is a real problem, since they don't update their website very well, their chat agents are useless, and the phone system is a stupid keyword bot that refers back to the website, with no live agents.
These systems are run by old hags who still think their degrees don’t have an expiration date. They should go retire and leave these jobs for younger folk who are actually qualified and smart enough to know what they’re doing

I started crying because I was so tired and just wanted to leave, the agent in the booth next to me looked at my passport and grilled the guy in my booth saying all he had to do was check it and ask if I brought anything illegal back and let me go. My dad worked for the federal government for 20 years as a database engineer. Most of his coworkers did absolutely nothing and made over $110k a year. It seems to be a common practice according to the comment section.
My husband applied for a job in the USA, was hired, and sponsored for a VISA to work in the USA. The legal team they assigned us told us to apply for the VISA over a land crossing instead of through an airport as the Homeland Security (HLS) officers in Airports are too stressed to give applications proper due course. We drove 5 hours to an American land border crossing only for the HLS officer to deny his VISA application because he didn't believe my husbands job was a real career opportunity, and told him if he ever applied for the VISA again, he would be banned permanently from entering the USA.
It's taken almost 20 years for my Dad to legally immigrate 3 of his brothers and their families, It is absolutely absurd how incompetent the NVC is. We've sent the same form filled out the exact same way that passed for my other uncles but my one aunt they've declined over and over again and good luck trying to get an actual human being on the phone. Their phone line always has an absurdly long fucking queue and by the time you get to the end you're told to just leave a message.
Right now it's way worse. One of my family member is still waiting when her petiton started 12 years ago. Normally, the wait time for her petiton is 10 years. At this point, we aren't expecting her anymore. The final action date -- the date currently being processed based on filing date -- on her tier hasn't moved in five years now. I'm sorry your grandmother went through a long ass line but look at the economy; the drug, crime and the state of our border. 18 million is a fraction of who wants to be here. We have to have a secure border, proper vetting, or we don't have a country.

I'm an Australian born person of Middle Eastern ethnicity. I was denied an ESTA because I went with my family to see family in Iran when i was like 13-14 years old (im 23 now). Because of that, my record has been stained with the US regarding ESTAs. So I'm forced to obtain a visa, despite being an Australian and an Aussie citizen from birth while having no other foreign citizenships. Even after that whole process of getting a visa, I am stopped at the Customs in America every. single. time. I go there. I am pulled out of the line and taken to a room where I am questioned on why I went to Iran. Its interesting because I'm not even Muslim, I'm a Bahai (another religion) that has been historically persecuted in Iran, and I've said that numerous times in my visa application and in person (every time I'm pulled out of the queue at the customs) but they say 'that isnt the issue here'. Yeah right buddy you just happen to question why I visited a Muslim heavy country because coincidentally the US does not have good relations with Muslim countries. The most recent time I was stopped going into Hawaii, the Customs Agent there said that the system is tagging me to be pulled out of the line and it is a mistake because I have a visa. The agent said that I should not have been historically questioned over and over again about why I went to Iran because that issue would have been solved when I was granted a Visa. He said he sent a message to the higherups to remove this flag from my profile and I've yet to test whether I'll be stopped again. I have never had this problem with any other country in the world. Canada just let me in with an ESTA and there were no problems because they recognise that I am an Aussie citizen, whereas America is hestitant.
The usa doesn't have good relations with muslim countries because those countries, unrelated to religion, have horrible governments that persecute woman and gay people, and they're huge hubs for terrorist groups and have the countries often attack the US, its no different from being concerned why someone went to north korea, because that's a place who's government wants everyone else dead
Cuz almost all of the immigration officers will look at the color of your skin and say “yup. Definitely a terrorist”. As an American, I’m ashamed of how immigration is handled

Immigration is a joke. My dad is a veteran and has lived in the u.s. for about 50 years, the only reason he still isn't a citizen is because we would have to pay hundreds if not thousands and they won't even give me any information at all about the process they just tell me I have to schedule an appointment in the state capital 4 hrs away (and presumably have God knows how many future appointments) just to get some basic info about starting. And even though his parents were an actress and a WW2 vet and professor and even though they got him permanent resident alien status, theys been messing with that designation recently saying that people who have pra status need to "update it" because they basically want to decide whether to deport them or not, even though in the very name of it indicates it's permanent. I can't believe he's a vet and has never voted. It's infuriating. So he's just sort of in limbo. Now we are worried about this stupid new law requiring a birth certificate to get this new type of driver's license because he has a very ratty old birth certificate but it's for a country that technically doesn't exist anymore so we don't know how they'd even process that.
Try speak to a free or cheap immigration lawyer who can explain the process you will have to go through in detail. One likely free consultation should let you know how many appointments you need to go through and the costs involved.
The laws in this country exist for good reasons. Your blatant disregard for them is concerning. Guys like you only learn when the cuffs come on. Your father has a moral and legal obligation to apply for citizenship.

Hey Charlie,
You should find out who specifically was not doing their job using the freedom of information act you could get them to release the documents and find out the person/people behind the visa rejections.

Why?
I worked for USCIS. And its amazing that they will deny entry AND KEEP YOUR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over a comma, misplaced Period, or 'just because.' And the officer stops me at the entry point telling me a bunch of bs about how it was suspiscious for a girl my age to be travelling to and staying in the USA without doing a job or attending education institutions and how I was marked as red, etc etc, even though I hadn't broken any rules. When you sit in a customs seat you got to ask who is funding all of this travel or is there some illegal stuff going on now or did she meet someone idk what you said to the customs officer when you first came but the write it all down in a system btw
What throws me off you stayed for 5 months why did you leave for 2 months to come fly back to the USA for 2 weeks to say bye to your parents to then go to a other country not your home country with a visa and plane ticket flying from the USA to that other country that more then likely why you got denied
And you don’t got to break rules or laws to be denied entry to the USA they see what you pack in your suitcase what you bring how much money you bringing?

@@mikeymaiku I have no idea what you are trying to say. so i will clarify my point: i dont think a company doing something that is in their financial interest is a big deal.
