I think this channel is comparable to @ycombinator and similar channels, so it’s not going to get to Mr Beast levels unless the videos start to be titled “$0 business plan v $1M business plan” and you have people dressed up as business plans fighting it out in a board room. The quality of the audience matters!… I hope even getting a few thousand entrepreneurs watching this stuff is worth it.
Having said that, there are probably things to be learned from Cleo Abrams about creating niche content that remains true to the purpose, but is accessible to more people.
All this is to say that a Lean Canvas analysis of the channel may be warranted. 😂

Interesting! I’ve been using a tool called forecastr and I love the different ways to conceptualize and manage the revenue and expense flows. Calling it models and this framework is great, gonna try it
