      A personal assistant is one of the first hires I recommend :)
      This video focused on pre-revenue or early revenue founders, but I'll likely create another video to help balance revenue and hiring.

    The first sweat equity is in. Before falling into a burnout pit, I just engaged a fractional COO who helps me build the operating model and look after the customers. Although she just started, I feel already much relief and can focus on the business-critical items.
