Back with another vlog! Today, we hit the hills with my stable mates Craig Richards, Joe Cordina, and Jimmy Sains. We always have a bit of banter on the hills and today was no different. We're all competitive with each other and it always gets the best out of us. On this day I was due to do 6 hill sprints, but to support my pal Joe Cordina and ended up doing 7.
I also take you guys to Ilford, and show you around my old stomping ground. I also dip a bit deeper into my upbringing.
Finishing off with a boxing session with Tony Sims. I've put the details in the video - so you can try this session too.

Top video, Hard workout, great to learn about every boxer's go through, it show you boxing is a very hard sport. It's a life time commitment not even money can touch you this. The only thing you will be remembered is how good a boxer his was like his father. Not how rich he was.😁

Good question! A mixture between the right amount of sleep, massages, salt baths, foam rolling etc

How many times a week you do that boxing training per week?
usually around 5 boxing sessions a week - with a couple of those sessions being sparring days. Also do S&C 2x a week and the early morning hills, triangle, sledge etc 2x a week
