ABO Skeletal Class II with Deep Bite & OJ｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC772

[case report]
This report describes the treatment of CII malocclusion with deep bite and a 8mm overjet. First extract premolars and third molars based on Dr. Chang’s extraction decision-making table. Then guide the mandible movie forward by using CII elastics and bite turbos to reduce overjet. Lastly, insert IZC screws and anterior screws to correct gummy smile.
這篇報告描述一個治療CII合併8mm overjet和露笑齦的案例。透過拔除小臼齒和第三大臼齒以騰出空間，再利用CII elastics和bite turbos引導下顎往前移動。再使用前牙骨釘和IZC骨釘來改善前牙露笑齦的情況。
