sir on anaphylaxis question on last you jad discussion question they had asked for 3 yrys children long story was given an asked for anaphylaxis but in question they asked if there is droowing of saliva in patient 3 yrs old child with respiratory distress whts will be first step they had asked option was sir adrenaline dose 1:1000 adrenaline dose 1:2000 adrenaline dose 1.3000 intubation i had marked intubation for airway first
in 22 th question they token 3 yrs old child with smoky urine and said in last line there is minimum hematuria so i had rule out sir uti because no pius cell mentioned psgn rule out because no gross hematuria an no respiratory infection membranous glomerulopathy also rule acc to age no Dm history sir Minimal change was option so i had done answer for this sir
I don't remember any hematuria they mentioned bt yes smoky urine present and no history of any past illness like fever throat infection then how could b answer psgn ... so I too marked minimal change disease ... que was tricky and like this so many questions they made us to think and time consuming first paper
There was a mention about RBC casts in the urine which means hematuria right? For minimal change there has to be proteinuria which wasn’t mentioned… again smoky urine means hematuria
there was also a question may be other student not knw a 60 yrs old lady was gone to mall like saket mall up staring on stairs history of dm2 or any comorbity while on she is going not from accelerater she choosen stairs had pain in chest like angina what will ypu give emergency drug will be subside this symptoms a.ccb b.antiplatlet c.anti arythmic d,sodium nitroglycerin i had marked D sir
in 4th question sir option lobular pneumonia was there with history of fever an cough since 1 week an breathlessness ??? fever in alll this option more not relevant so i had marked L. pneumonia
It was Sjogren.. there was no symptom pointing towards Frey’s like previous parotid surgery or sweating while eating.. it was a simple case with dry eyes and dry mouth.. can’t be Frey’s
Freys has gustatory sweating . It does not occur without parotid surgery. So either you are mixing with another question or interpretation issue. Take care
@@DrMarwahLIVE probably sir maybe it’s a different question but I strongly remember image was given like swelling of parotid region and difficult to swallow and dry mouth
sir there was question on anaphylaxis which you had discussed last question is like this . a 3 yrs old child had some bite of any thing which leads to anaphylaxis shock itching rashes breathing problem an also have drooving of saliva wht will be the first a.adrenaline 1:1000 b.adrenaline. 1:2000 c.arenaline 1:3000 intubation i had markes intubation for primary airway mentanainced becoz laryngeal edema due to anaphylaxis sir

sir there was question on anaphylaxis
which you had discussed last
question is like this .
a 3 yrs old child had some bite of any thing which leads to anaphylaxis shock itching rashes breathing problem an also have drooving of saliva wht will be the first
a.adrenaline 1:1000
b.adrenaline. 1:2000
c.arenaline 1:3000
intubation
i had markes intubation for primary airway mentanainced becoz laryngeal edema due to anaphylaxis sir
Yes Doc that is the whole point that with laryngeal edema intubation wont be possible or attempts to intubate in drooling child can worsen him
I had marked same thing by seeing drooling of saliva I thought that intubation should be done first
@@DrNisthaMishra no doctor that is a red flag
But sir they asked next step in management if drooling of saliva was there why not to intubate so confused
