Metaphysics = The systematic study of the nature of Reality. Reality = That which is/That I am. That which is, that is nothing in particular (actual), is by definition everything in general (potential). 0. Potential = Being 1. Actual = Becoming (actualized) Since that which is not, is not; That which is, is all-inclusive: Absolute, Eternal, Infinite. The actualization of potential is Eternal, and the potential for actualization is Infinite, because only Eternity can fully embrace Infinity. It is the nature of the All in One in All to function as a diversified unity of infinite creative potential, eternally actualizing as a unified diversity or Uni-verse. We actualize potential by dreaming our experience (rehearsing the future), and experiencing our dream. Whatever the living fire of conscious attention dwells on today, we dwell in tomorrow.
It's interesting that metaphysics comes under attack from naturalists because naturalists when using mathematical equations to explain things would need to actually employ metaphysics to come up with theories in the first place.
Yeah, without the curiosity of space and time; more abstract topics like existence, a naturalist such as a space physicist would have no drive to explore their own field.
i don't know what you mean. naturalists posit claims about the natural world or make general claims about kinds of events that occur in the natural world, such as scientific law, and then postulate something to be the case from these claims. if you mean that any generalized account of phenomena in the natural world is metaphysical, then i guess, but this isn't really going "beyond" the uncertainties of experience, since scientific law is just a generalized group of phenomena that we perceive and then reason has some uniform characteristic because it appears as such, but this is just a way of thinking about phenomena that is entirely natural as far as we understand.

I personally believe that metaphysics doesnt belong in philosophy. It's basically using faulty logic in order to prove the existance of something that in not real or doesn't exist. When literally all the concepts withing metaphysics can be explained in a more detailed manner by other professionals within that specific field of study.
