We have evolved and those organs are no longer present in our body. And Vermiform appendix doesn't play a role in digestion but it does play a role in removal of wastes. We'll be able to digest the foods but problem will probably start in our butt😂. And people eating only meat (and without carbohydrates) will have problems in sh%$ting
