I have the VIP transporter and the Eagle with the Lab Module. There was also a set that came with an Alphan Tank, Moon Buggy and Eagle with Lab Module. They are a nice addition to your collection with a truly undervalued SF series.

    This ended rather abruptly.
It would be good to point out what material the tubular framework is made of, as well as the engine bells.
Back in 1976 I had two of the Dinky toys models, which are quite similar--albeit cruder--to this much newer variant. But those Dinkys had a plastic framework, which necessitated a steel bar running along and inside the frame, connecting the front and aft modules, for the necessary strength.
