I STRAIGHT PIPED MY CC! (kinda) VW CC 2.0t With High Flow Intake Manifold Stage 1 Tune

- In this video I provided clips of how the VW EA888 2.0t engine sounds with a high flow intake manifold and a 3 inch j-pipe downpipe installed. Car still has stage 1 tune but still pops and bangs! I will be doing a stage 2 ecu and tcu tune and will dyno it with current mods when complete exhaust is finished. Additionally I will dyno again after installing charge pipes and cold air intake to see what the numbers may reveal about these mods. After I will install the gtx turbo and dyno again. Hey bro I have a line I’m putting up soon it’s got the same dimensions as the IE and HPA intake manifold and ported I had molded from my friends in the UK I’m gonna be selling them for 700 as opposed to 1k
Also the wheel is a MK7 gli wheel

I have a high flow intake manifold on that needs to be tuned for. At the time I didn’t have the stage 2 tune for it which is also why it sounds like a cammed motor in the idle rpms. Right at about 1300 to 1500 rpms your ECU figures out the right ratio and balances out. But with the tune it is set in the right place at idle. I have it fixed along with my exhaust complete now so that video will be dropping soon

How many miles do u have on your cc? I recommend you swap out ur fuel filter when I had a gti it used to take a few seconds to crank once I swapped the fuel filter that fixed it
damm i just mite have to straight pipe my 2016 vw cc rline lux and get a stage one tune and stage one dsg tune by chance who's the tune by and to get thos pops and bangs well i need a downpipe really don't wanna go stage 2

Thanks for the support man! We all know you are gonna pick up another CC 😂😅. Give me some time bro I’m gonna finish the exhaust and throw a few other mods at it before throwing the big turbo on. Then when it’s DYNO’d at the stage 2 level with those mods hopefully it’s over the 300 mark, then I’ll throw the big turbo on and fueling for it.

where did you find those headlights???
I took my resonator and muffler off and it sounds very different. It’s cut off under the car at an angle where it’s pointed to the side towards the rear driver side. Idk what it is about it but I’ve yet to hear one sound better
I just got the same car some where in Feb, it was a gift 🎁 I must say a great gift. I luv it to the hilt. I've always been into fat cars 🚗 mostly stick shifts and boy am I enjoying this one. Great car. 👍

Aftermarket High-flow intake manifold that isn’t tuned for yet. I have completed the exhaust build and tuned manifold with stage 2 will be dropping that video soon
