I love how real y'all are. Every game you make is impeccably polished and I'm looking forward to hopefully reviewing Heist II as well!
Can we get Shuhei to do this as a regular show? Or I'd just take a podcast of him talking to indies pls. His conversation are also insightful and fun.
Looking forward to Heist II, and I keep hoping for a Steamworld run-n-gun someday.
You *should* be proud of the direction you took with the series. Exploring different genres (and having most of the games still be good) is something I wish more franchises did. The only one who comes to mind is Mario himself, and they don’t care about story continuity one tiny bit, so even keeping the lore intact is appreciated.

Spicy special steamworld dig 3 story leak:
Steambots after running away from original planet a few years later after heist, managed to find a red planet. However its lacking in water, so the miner you play starts digging to find ice, to turn it into steam. However when it digs to deep, he/she (you have character selector in this game) finds out original humans that run away from earth.
Those humans are realy fat and well feed and they run everything on robots. However when you dig deeper and deeper you find more skinny humans that are more secretive and they control population on top to prevent them from overpopulating the area. If they overpopulate the area, the vectrons will find them again and exterminate them for sure. However humans think that steambots are vectrons and they trigger planet defenses. Now steambots must run away to find a new planet.

i think i did steamworld dig at least 5 times on vita, then on ps4 and ps5. i loved Dig2 too, but didnt play it as often. maybe its time to go back at it 🙂
But i must admit, i never touched Heist games. i was not sure what it was.

No where I can't believe you would compare it to anything this is completely steamy and orginal.
Hmmm it would be awesome to play Steamworld Gigants, like Mecha turnbased fighting game.🤔Or anything steamworld really.

The great Shuhei Yoshida. Since he left Sony, PlayStation is completely lost and out of ideas. Leaving VR users stranded. It would never have happened with him.
