Don’t know if you saw my samosa video, but that is not as simple as this one. But for someone who doesn’t have a lot of ingredients or is intimidated by cooking - this is a dish that’s easy to make but still flavourful. ☺️

I made the egg sauce! It was so good. Like a lighter version of hollandaise but still so flavourful.
