Ab121 giving avenger total balance made him do more damage even in heroic strike

It is the same as original but with more shield and higher base damage ​@@Supershadgers

Base damage increased from 90% to an INSANE 150%, being the highest of all Red's classes.
Shield buffed from 20% to 30% which definitely helped a bit.
