Nifty this Week: Buckle Up - 26 July'24

Last week saw some wild swings for the benchmark Nifty as the index rallied over 400 points to hit a new life high. The long-term charts are still UP and resilient, but we notice a momentum slowdown in the daily and lower time frames. And this disconnect between trend and momentum will lead to further price fluctuations in the week ahead. So strategically, a short-term trader should look for opportunities in either direction, but remember that we are sailing rough waters and keep your trades either short-lived or long-lived.
