Appreciate the video. I haven’t been through one yet. Just a park style wash. Forums online say it’s very important to enter the wash with a high amount of stored battery bars. It’s when you get down to 2 or 3 bars left that the car starts to freak out.
Thanks for posting. I have a 24 venza and no one else actually did what you showed us. Turn the safety stuff off! I've heard make sure traction battery is fairly charged bc it can freak out as your being pulled in N the battery cant charge when its supposed to. The manual actually says Toyota doesn't recommend auto care washes but they dont say you cant do it. Did you say that one time you put in N and turned off the system? I wonder if the brakes came on? I've also heard that on hatch backs, the auto hatch might open on you. Might want to turn that off too. Thanks! Thumbs up.
