#30 at Kingsborough Apartment Homes
Couldn't make it to Cleveland for a few reasons but still managed to record a Thunderbolt today. I assumed they weren't testing due to the clouds until the county posted to Facebook saying they will be tested.

Most of the thunderbolts here are set to 2rpm with the occasional 4rpm siren every now and then
