I can not get them to pair
Mine paired instantly. I'd say yours are broken and you should exchange them.
How do u connect or pair to iphone because mine dont pop up

iPhone user here! Open the case and press on the earbuds and they should blink white (meaning they are ready to pair) head to your Bluetooth and pair them and it should work
I love them but my case won’t charge for. Whatever reason other than that they are amazing i especially love them when I go on my night walks
