- A more than 4.000 km flight with Ryanair, that took us around 5:30h, between Tenerife South and Warsaw-Modlin airport.
Very interesting and comfortable flight on a plane equipped with the new seats and Sky Interior that I really recommend.

La verdad es que 5:30h de vuelo son muchas horas de vuelo. No es algo agradable para mucha gente. Sin embargo, yo me lo pasé genial! :D

La verdad es que el Sky Interior y los nuevos asientos en este tipo de vuelos tan largos se agradecen muchísimo. Marcan mucho la diferencia. Esas inches adicionales que se consiguen con los nuevos asientos son perfectas.
El vuelo duró casi 5:30h. Pero me lo pasé genial! Lo repetiría sin dudar! jaja

La verdad es que fue una tirada bien larga!! jaja Pero la verdad es que me encantó. FUe genial. Me o pase muy bien. Me dio tiempo a leer, a ver un película... Y aún cuando terminé con todo eso... Aún estábamos sobrevolando Dusseldorf, es decir, que aún quedaba algo más de una hora... :D
PD: Respecto al ritmo de 3 vídeos por semana que se viene mantiendo desde principios de Agosto, creo que he encontrado la fórmula para mantenerlo. Los martes voy a subir los que he denominado "Trip Report Express". Vídeos mucho más cortos, de unos 4 minutos, en los que se muestra especialmente despegue y aterrizaje del vuelo. Además, de forma rápida, todo lo que hay por el medio, pero de forma muy rápida.
Estos vídeos me lleva mucho menos tiempo hacerlos y, además, soy consciente de que por la semana, la gente tiene menos tiempo para ver los vídeos, por lo que un vídeo más corto los martes es posible que sea más adecuado. Probaré esta semana y la siguiente a ver qué tal es la respuesta de la gente.
Me gusta informaros de estas cosas a los que siempre se que estáis viendo los vídeos. :)
@@OnBoardHD oleeee!!! Me gusta muchísimo esa idea! Mucho mucho de verdad! Va a salir súper bien ya verás!! Cierto es lo de que entre semana es un poco más complicado encontrar el tiempo para ver los videos, pero si que es verdad que con esta idea, será mucho más sencillo y a demás vendrá muy bien, por lo menos en mi caso, para desconectar un poco de estudios etc.... y de verdad que me encantan muchísimo tus videos y son una manera de desconectar y disfrutar un poco de lo que al fin y al cabo nos une a todos que es la aviación!! About Ryanair, please, do not believe so much what many people say about them. You can check on this video that it was a perfectly normal flight. With plenty of legroom (compared with many other airlines). The aeroplane was new, well cleaned...
I really recommend flying with them if they offer the lowest fare for your route and that's what you are looking for.

Tenerife sur, playa del Médano! Lo conocí este aeropuerto gracias a Norwegain, Málaga/TFS.
Tuve un problema no daba con el control de seguridad! 😂 Tenía que subir y yo lo buscaba abajo.
Pues nada, buen video, bonito despeje, se notaba que iba a plena carga, tanto en pasaje como en combustible, se me ha hecho largo el recorrido para despegar!

sebbivism they didn’t fail to cut cost , it’s a safety procedure in some airports in Spain .
Also it’s eventually not only a cost of ground services but mostly an extended turnaround time ( using one door instead of 2) :)

You can tell the passengers were feeling the difference in temperature between Tenerife and Warsaw, they were quickly wearing their coats etc.
I always wonder why people clap after a touchdown; is it "Good job, pilot" or "Yay, we survived"?🤣

The difference between both places was important. I felt it too, but I had to record so I maintained my t-shirt until inside the terminal building haha Basically, in Tenerife we had around 30ºC and in Warsaw, there were no more than 10ºC.
In this case, I'm pretty sure they clapped because we were finally arriving after a very long intra-European flight. Also, when the captain spoke in the PA system to say that we were about to start descent (after 5 flying hours) everybody clapped. So I think it was something connected. :)
La mejor parte del video es cuando aterriza ese Aeroflot de Moscu.Me gustaria que hicieras un reportaje de ese vuelo

La verdad es que es una suerte sí. Aunque al final, no es más que un hobby. Simplemente es no gastar en muchas otras cosas y usarlo en esto. Hay gente que paga muchísmo por ir a ver un partido de fútbol al estadio, otros que les gusta ir con mucha frecuencia al cine o al teatro... Casi ningún hobby es barato. Es cuestión de establecer prioridades y gustos. :)

Awesome video! That's a very long Ryanair flight but if you bring your own entertainment I suppose it doesn't really matter, at least I had Wi-Fi on my LPA-OSL Norwegian flight!

Pues yo creo que sí. El otro que tengo de este estilo es con Eurowings, volando desde Gran Canaria a Vienna. Esa ruta tiene algunos kilómetros menos.

La verdad es que el canal nuncatuvo ese objetivo, sino el de poder hacer sentir a la gente que no tiene la suerte de volar frecuentemente, como es volar con diferentes aerolíneas y a diferentes lugares.
Pero si además se consiguen esas cosas como dices tu... pues más que genial!! :D

Si,la verdad que para mi es de ayuda el poder ver los vídeos y ver que todo sale bien ...la aviación a día de hoy sigue siendo desconocída para mucha gente y crea esas inseguridades.

Uff! Pues ojalá sea la última vez. De continuar con esos "problemas" tal vez un poco de ayuda psicológica podría venir bien. Se que hay psicólogos especializados en el miedo a volar, así que siempre puede ser una opción.
Tal vez el más famoso sea Alfonso de Bertodano, psicólogo y comandante en Air Europa. Imparte cursos de "perder el miedo a volar" y por lo que he leído funcionan y muy bien. Al final... quién mejor que un comandante que también es psicólogo para este curso..?

Nosotros porque tenemos las Canarias y las Baleares bien cerquita, pero esto es el pan nuestro de cada día en las vacaciones de todos los que viven al norte del mar del Norte o del mar Báltico! :D

Yo estoy convencido de que, en este caso, la gente aplaudió por el hecho de haber llegado finalmente. El vuelo fue muy largo para ser un vuelo intra-Europeo. De hecho, cuando el comandante anunció por los altavoces que estábamos a punto de iniciar descenso, la gente ya empezó a aplaudir. Yo creo que ese fue el motivo.

Very interesting that you departed with daylight and landed at night! By the way, the light on the tarmac at WMI was perfect so you got a really crisp and clear view of your aircraft!
PS: purchasing a meal is almost mandatory on such a long flight, but you forgot the most important comment: how was the warmed lasagna! And at least a picture of the opened package! Ahah!
Hahaha I really don't know. I was watching some movies, reading... and even when I've finished doing all that... we were over Dusseldorf, so around 1:20h more to Warsaw haha It was pretty long, but I've enjoyed it.

Mucha gente se sorprende al ver estos vuelos largos en Narrow Body. Pero acá en MVD/SUMU tenemos el vuelo de 737 más largo, MVD-PTY que dura 7:30. Además el vuelo de A319 más largo, MVD-BOG en 6:30.

Las distancias en Europa son más cortas en ese sentido, supongo.
Los vuelos de esa distancia aquí se hacen con avión de doble pasillo, habitualmente.

Parece que acá en Latinoamérica las aerolíneas prefieren usar los Wide Body en rutas de largo radio, supongo que por la demanda también. Pero es muy común ver aviones "chicos" (A320, 737) haciendo vuelos largos. Avianca Perú vuela con A320/321 a casi todos sus destinos, que superan ampliamente las 5 horas los más largos. Igual Avianca Colombia, con A320 a EZE desde el próximo año que dura cerca de 6:45.
Aerolíneas Argentinas hacía esa ruta con 737-700 años atrás (hoy en A330-200) pero vuelan a Punta Cana en los 737 MAX 8 y son cerca de 8 horas.
Uff! 8 horas en narrow body! Eso sí que es ir al límite! :D

Esperemos que así sea. De llegar a funcionar, sería un gran alivio en la carga de trabajo semanal. De no funcionar, tendría que pensar en otra cosa, porque los 3 vídeos "largos" semanales no son sostenibles a largo plazo. Tanto por el tiempo de edición (5 a 6 horas cada uno, en el mejor de los casos), como por el hecho de que supondría viajar unos 150 vuelos al año, cosa inviable también jaja

Nice video, I didn't even know FR operated that route. I recommend you get yourself a gimbal as the stabilization on the Galaxy S9 is a bit wobbly. They are pretty cheap nowadays, around 90 euro's.
But I can't be recording with a gimbal in my seat haha That would be nice for the part where I'm walking... Maybe I'll search for some of them. But the point is that my budget is very limited, so I always end deciding that I prefer to invest that 90 €uro in flights.
Despite it may look that I fly a lot, and in fact I do, I always get the lowest prices possible by monitoring the prices during weeks and being flexible (as much as I can) with the dates.

Acabo de suscribirme, y estoy hipnotizado con los vídeos, soy un amante de la aviación, y hay una cosa de tus vídeos que me tiene intrigado, ¿como sabes los destinos de los aviones que hay en las terminales, o en circulación? Y ¿como sabes exactamente el número de pista en el que aterriza cada avión ? Y la última, ¿como te lo montas para coincidir casi siempre en la zona del ala-motor? Saludos.

Respuestas por orden de preguntas:
Los destinos de los aviones los se con la matrícula de los mismos y FlightRadar24.
La pista, el modo más rápido, es coger Google Earth y mirar físicamente el número pintado en la pista.
Pagando por el asiento, así es como se vuela en donde se quiere jaja

looking at the summer 2019 schedule of Ryanair,a bit dissapointed that TFS-WMI is reduced to 1 weekly
Well, the point is that these destinations get more frequencies during the winter season. While the temperatures in Poland, Germany... are in negative values, in the Canary Islands we have around 20-25, so it's when more people go there.
For example, for this summer season there were 2 weekly flights. Now, for the winter seasson there will be 3 weekly flights.

Well, this is the first time in 5 years that I don't have any booked flight. I'm about to finish my ATPL license (1 week or so, just waiting for better weather for the last exam) and I'm also about to move to another country... So those are the reasons to not have anything right now. But I have at least 30 flights recorded... so this little break is not a problem.
Anyway, I would like to fly LOT and SAS soon. It would be perfect for example: MAD-LHR-WAW-VIE (A346 IBE and B737MAX with LOT). That will be, probably, my next trip in late-October. It will depend on the prices when booking, of course =/

OnBoardHD - Flight Experience flying lot q400 is an unforgotable experience (for me) I recomed flight Warsaw lubiljana :)
Well, It's something that it's not impossible. One of the possible routes that I was checking with LOT was LHR-WAW-PRG, and that would include a B737MAX and a Q400. :))

Hasta donde yo se no hay vuelos directos de Málaga a Japón, más allá de algún charter especial que pueda haber de forma esporádica.

Ryanair sigue existiendo, por supuesto! Es una de las bases de poder hacer tantos vuelos. Cuando aparecen algunos precios realmente ridículos, no lo dudo ni un instante! De todos modos, últimamente he ido añadiendo otras aerolíneas de forma más constante también. :)

PD: Respecto al ritmo de 3 vídeos por semana que se viene mantiendo desde principios de Agosto, creo que he encontrado la fórmula para mantenerlo. Los martes voy a subir los que he denominado "Trip Report Express". Vídeos mucho más cortos, de unos 4 minutos, en los que se muestra especialmente despegue y aterrizaje del vuelo. Además, de forma rápida, todo lo que hay por el medio, pero de forma muy rápida.
Estos vídeos me lleva mucho menos tiempo hacerlos y, además, soy consciente de que por la semana, la gente tiene menos tiempo para ver los vídeos, por lo que un vídeo más corto los martes es posible que sea más adecuado. Probaré esta semana y la siguiente a ver qué tal es la respuesta de la gente.
Me gusta informaros de estas cosas a los que siempre se que estáis viendo los vídeos. :)

Es un nuevo diseño de la cabina de pasajeros que ha diseñado Boeing y que las aerolíneas están recibiendo en los aviones nuevos que vienen de fábrica. Iluminación LED, más espacio... Aunque, qué mejor que comparar con lo que no es Sky Interior.

What is the company like to fly with? Totally honest. If you think all the complaints about bad service are the tip of the iceberg think again. Amazon Prime documentary "Ryanair: Mayday" invited four pilots who under darkness and with voices scrambled opened up about a fear culture that supposedly exists which pressurises them into putting only "sufficient" levels of fuel in the tank based on calculations made about length of time, weather etc - in addition to being able to stop employees from raising concerns. This is further enhanced by the fact one day over Madrid three aircraft (one FR2054) in a queue to land had dangerously low levels of fuel. As someone who could be flying with them in May this worries me greatly if any is true. What do you think?
I've never had a single problem in more than 400 flights I had with them.
Take into account that they move more than 150 million pax per year, so statistically, there will be many more opinions about them than other airlines AND for every 1 passenger that writes a positive review about a service, there are 100 that write about a bad experience. I mean, statistically, people that had a good experience with something don't write about it. But people that didn't have a good one, will be very prone to write it on the internet. That's all I can say... =/
@@OnBoardHD And you have said all you need to. You have completely allayed any fears, worries and concerns I have. As a newbie to flying who has only one flight to his name you hear so many things about lots of things like airlines, airport security, holiday booking etc in the media and press like TV documentaries and reviews. All of which you have those words only to depend on when you are limited in experience. You don't and can't know if they are not being entirely truthful so without any basis for argument you take these these at face value when you are new and naive to the airline industry. It puts you at ease when someone with vast experience tells you how it is. Thank you so much.It would be quite an accolade to have if someone with only one complete journey to his name can end the 2nd having experience of 3 airline companies. I went with EasyJet in 2019 to Jersey and would like to go with Ryanair going to Spain and coming back with Jet2 since it will be me and my girlfriend going but my girlfriend and her mum (who doesn't like Ryanair) and her stepdad coming back.

Just check on your booking the size of the bags you are allowed to take onboard and it will be a super smooth flight (remember to book priority if you plan to bring 2 pieces onboard with you (hand luggage and a backpack, for example; otherwise, you will only be able to carry a small bag/backpack with you)) ✈️

My girlfriend has a vast amount of experience flying so she is a priceless gold mine of handy information and tips on everything from booking online to enjoying the holiday safely such as what suntan lotion to use and what clothes is best and where to go. And I am exploiting every nugget in this mine. She really is the best thing to ever happen to me.

Actually no!! haha I thought we were going to do it or, at least, fly parallel and very close. But we flew over the Atlantic until almost my hometown in Galicia. We didn't even flew over Portugal!! haha Just in parallel to it. :)

Clapping upon landing for something the Pilot does every day. Smh
In this case, I'm pretty sure they clapped because we were finally arriving after a very long intra-European flight. Also, when the captain spoke in the PA system to say that we were about to start descent (after 5 flying hours) everybody clapped. So I think it was something connected. :)
