- Will a bike shred?! We take the wheels of a bike, make some modifications, add some short skis and take it to the mountain!

I built my first snow bike conversion in 1999. Used my new norco vps1 with a stratos superstar 6.0 fork. Raceface cranks. Dynastar 135 cm course skies. Man it was fast and funn to fly big jumps.

How hard was it to build? I love riding bike, every year my family takes a trip to ski and snowboard and I just don't dig it.. this would make it so much more fun for me! Any tips or tricks on how?

I used skateboard trucks, also put a spring from the front ski to the forks to keep the tip up

Kelly McDonald we use snow blades, 70-90 cm long. 4x4 bolt pattern.
there is a better alternitive than this if your into freestyle check out snowscoots there sick check out jykk snowscoots

is this good for someone who has been riding bikes and motorcycles all of their lives? i love going skiing but i have little skill or time to get good at it. i'm just looking to have fun and keep up with friends.
