I know you and your team have been super busy with the optimiser and Fateless, but can you please update the site with Emic's kit and desired stats. I need to know if he needs crit rate and or damage. I doubt he needs accuracy and Im sure he needs speed and HP and DEF.

If plarium would put only 1% of the work and dedication into the mechanics and user interface (not graphics, there are good at graphics) as you guys over there at hh gaming do for this community service, raid could be so good. @@TheRealDirtySkillz yes if you want some perks but in general free on pc and it is totally worth my money. 10/10 i would prefer the gear optimiser than any overpriced ingame pack. I also do donations for the rsl helper tool from farbstoff. They do great work to enhance my game experience for a game i would not playing anymore with out them. Would it be better the game itself would provide it, especially as they earn billions with it? Yes, but the don’t so let others profit from it. :)

Yes. Please figure out a way for FTP players to be able to mine and earn some access to the optimizer. Maybe a heavy ad version that allows you to earn money on the backend for use.

I definitely understand the need to charge for the service. But I was surprised to see that mobile optimization is limited based on a limited currency. So I went to the site and checked pricing vs. tokens. You can get 15 mobile optimizes a week for 5$ a month. Or 60 optimizes over the month at the lowest plan. Scales up from there to unlimited with priority at 30$ a month. I think your price points are entirely fair, just as they always have been. I'm happy to see the consistency 👍 One piece of feedback: Saph has often teached about the use of alternate currencies inside the game and how they are used to affect player perception. Why not simply list the raw number of optimizes you get with each subscription level? You guys have always been pretty transparent and it feels like a true HH move to just list the number you get. Regardless, fantastic job all around 👏

I think it's really cool that you released a mobile optimizer even though I play on PC, but... on PC we can no longer filter champions by level and in the optimizer we can only select three stats. Not being able to filter champions by level is something that I can get used to, but many champions have more than three important stats. Also it seems to be prioritizing 100% crit rate even though I haven't selected it as a priority. Maybe I just need to tinker around with it for a while. It's something different than what I'm used to. Edit: I posted this before you said that there would be how-to videos to come. I'll wait. I won't be re-gearing anyone until the next artifact enhancement event anyway.

This is definitely needed ... especially for newbies ( 4 months) like myself . I was already grateful to find your channel & videos but this is heavensent. I wasted sooo many resources upgrading trash artifacts ( unknowingly) and players. So as soon as i can afford ill be signing up. Plarium/Raid should feel indebted to you. I would've quit without you ! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Possible "bug" (unintended feature): I was using this just before switching to watch videos. I believe there is an issue with when I flip to the game and change gear it reverts back to the optimizer start screen (I believe it may be happening on the change and/or update to the gear itself). My memory isn't good enough so I tend to want to bounce back and forth once I have the champ gear optimization while I am moving gear around. As it is now, I have to re-choose the champ and run the optimizer again each time I return to the optimizer. NOTE: I am using my local machine for optimization. Thank you for all your work.
Already a paid subscriber due to using the tool on the PC. Just being able to see the builds of my champions on my phone outside the game makes using this worthwhile for me. Thanks!!!!
Great Job HH & Team Without the videos and the optimizer I would've stop playing a long long time ago. Hopefully plarium knows the worth of HH and he's team they bring to RSL!
I am a user of the optimizer on PC, with the new UI I can barely see 1 champion on the screen, I need to zoom out to 50% to be able to see more than 2 champions on the screen at the same time, all this in list mode, now i tried to disable the new UI in settings but that part doesn't improve, please make a change about it, it didn't happen before the UI change, it's a bit frustrating this view on PC, on mobile and tablet it looks great, excellent job. I can gladly share images if necessary. Thank you very much for all the effort from the HH team.
One thing to point out, extracting artifacts using the tool counts as logging into the game so it will log you out from other sessions. Makes sense but it’s worth letting people know. Love the tool. Thanks!
I really hope that people won't moan about the fact that you need a paid membership for this. HH gaming has done sooooo much FOR FREE. if you don't want to pay either don't use remote optimisation or use a PC and don't complain please people
From what I understand, you need to enable 2fa to use the mobile optimizer.. you need plarium play to be able to enable 2fa and you need a desktop to be able to get plarium play... So I cannot use the mobile optimizer regardless.. if anyone knows if there is another way I would appreciate the help thanks.
Great work & an amazing tool for players. Even though I've given my account to my son & don't play anymore I still keep the sub to the site going as it's worth it in case he wants to use the optimiser. Even if he doesn't I know he uses the website to look stuff up for himself, and the site alone is a great tool.

Altho it is a big update (big shoutout to the devs) I MUST share my concerns here because it scare me a bit for fateless' future: You claim to be (in opposition to Plarium) transparent and clear on your communication. Yet the essence of the update (for mobile) is the token cost. It is fine that you ask for paid membership, servers aren't free. But NOT knowing (and you don't either since you mention it couple of times) how many tokens it will cost me is very concerning. IMHO before the user click on start you should tell them what it's going to cost them. Imagine going to a shop, picking something you don't know the price and you go out of the shop we tell you btw, it's £1,000 to be paid now. And no, we can't refund. that's borderline and very salesly to me.
I meant on the website, before the user click on optimize, he has no idea how much it will cost him . But yeah also in your video: 4:01 "some of your tokens" : dont know how many 4:29 "it's going to use 1 of.. or 5 of my tokens" and others places in the video but won't watch all of it just to prove a point I already did

is their any chance that plarium(raid developers) won't take any action against this device?My concern is whether or not anything new that would help improve the game always faces legal issues when not fully approved by the company.Also punishment for players who do use it would have their account in any danger by the raid developers or plarium. Can you ensure users would be covered and protected by using your device is my last question?
My own opinion, I personally wouldn't know how good is the optimizer and wouldn't pay for it if I hadn't use it myself and seen the magic it does. So, I suggest to give new members a week of free trial.

I tried to import champion info and I keep getting a "No shared account information available, link has expired". But I am logged into my account, that is linked to my raid game

Just a feedback, maybe you guys should rename "balance mode" to "focused mode". 'Balanced' sounds like it is going to find gear to have some damage, some hp, some def like something between 'survival' and 'damage' modes but, in fact, the optimizer is trying to find gear with the stats that you want to FOCUS on.
Nice for the people that want to pay and for some reason don’t have a pc in 2023 :) I’m a strict F2P player and don’t feel the need to pay for deadwood Jedi or stuff like this. I do use the free optimizer to find gearsets though.
Paid my membership, logged on to site, pressed raid optimizer, pressed download extractor, pressed download MacOS installer, get a pop up asking if I want to install artifact installer, I press download, and absolutely nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? What is the next step to use this optimizer. Is the download going into my tablet somewhere and I need to do something? Can we get a video on how to do this from mobile? Thanks for any help. Been waiting on this forever.
How do I report an error on the optimiser? When I filter for Activate HP Burn, King Gallcobar is listed but he doesn't have this skill, he has Activate Poison
Plarium should pay you guys and implement this iotimizer directly into the game. You guys could make a lot of $$$ selling these platforms to various other games
Not sure if its intended, but now on PC optimizer if I don't have my browser completely full screen, it won't let me optimize champions unless I "go to premium optimize". It only fixes itself if I go back to champions and then stretch my browser window to be full screen again. I used to be able to half screen Raid and half screen chrome and use the optimizer perfectly.
What happened to the Accessories filter that was under the Artifacts section? It seems to have disappeared.....edit:...it was removed...use slot options instead
Awesome!! This tool is amazing!!!! Will the "recommended accuracy" and resistances be returning from PC to the mobile version? Also, I could only click 3 options for "priority" For my cold heart I'd love to pick hp, crit rate, speed, crit dmg, and accuracy at the minimum. Edit: A message for why the green optimize button is greyed out in the team optimizer would be nice too. Currently, I'm stuck and I know on the PC it requires: balanced mode pick and stat priority for all used champions.. hmm Edit2: In the "configure your champion" it says to include an aura here.. I am using high khatun and the leader speed buff is a running man icon, which I do not see. I only see buffs and debuffs. I'm not sure which "boots" would be the correct % speed buff. There is also no feedback in this section for what any of them do. Edit3: team optimizer "optimize glyphs" there is a "Press the ? for instructions" This icon doesn't exist on my iphone 12 pro max. Fortunately, I watched the video so no issue for me.

I think the Team Optimizer could have a toggle for Speed Tuning so that it knows to make the buffers and debuffers go before the nuker, for example.
You can do that by simply adjusting the team...

the old optimizer with the sliders on priority stats was a lot better now its hard to find the right stats when its just checking off boxes.

Is it just me or can’t you not upload your game to the site on your phone it says there is no link but it doesn’t allow me to give it my raid info😭
is their any chance that plarium(raid developers) won't take any action against this device?My concern is whether or not anything new that would help improve the game always faces legal issues when not fully approved by the company.Also punishment for players who do use it would have their account in any danger by the raid developers or plarium. Can you ensure users would be covered and protected by using your device is my last question?

My own opinion, I personally wouldn't know how good is the optimizer and wouldn't pay for it if I hadn't use it myself and seen the magic it does. So, I suggest to give new members a week of free trial.

I tried to import champion info and I keep getting a "No shared account information available, link has expired". But I am logged into my account, that is linked to my raid game

I definitely miss the prio sliders and the soft-cap option. Especially the sliders were super useful
Just a feedback, maybe you guys should rename "balance mode" to "focused mode". 'Balanced' sounds like it is going to find gear to have some damage, some hp, some def like something between 'survival' and 'damage' modes but, in fact, the optimizer is trying to find gear with the stats that you want to FOCUS on.

I’m a strict F2P player and don’t feel the need to pay for deadwood Jedi or stuff like this.
I do use the free optimizer to find gearsets though.

Paid my membership, logged on to site, pressed raid optimizer, pressed download extractor, pressed download MacOS installer, get a pop up asking if I want to install artifact installer, I press download, and absolutely nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? What is the next step to use this optimizer. Is the download going into my tablet somewhere and I need to do something? Can we get a video on how to do this from mobile? Thanks for any help. Been waiting on this forever.
How do I report an error on the optimiser? When I filter for Activate HP Burn, King Gallcobar is listed but he doesn't have this skill, he has Activate Poison
Plarium should pay you guys and implement this iotimizer directly into the game. You guys could make a lot of $$$ selling these platforms to various other games

Holy shit....this is it!!
Not sure if its intended, but now on PC optimizer if I don't have my browser completely full screen, it won't let me optimize champions unless I "go to premium optimize". It only fixes itself if I go back to champions and then stretch my browser window to be full screen again. I used to be able to half screen Raid and half screen chrome and use the optimizer perfectly.
Will be fixed tomorrow
HH puts out more QoL updates to raid than Plarium. Cant wait for Fateless's game since I know it will be the SHIZ!

What happened to the Accessories filter that was under the Artifacts section? It seems to have disappeared.....edit:...it was removed...use slot options instead
Awesome!! This tool is amazing!!!! Will the "recommended accuracy" and resistances be returning from PC to the mobile version? Also, I could only click 3 options for "priority" For my cold heart I'd love to pick hp, crit rate, speed, crit dmg, and accuracy at the minimum.
Edit: A message for why the green optimize button is greyed out in the team optimizer would be nice too. Currently, I'm stuck and I know on the PC it requires: balanced mode pick and stat priority for all used champions.. hmm
Edit2: In the "configure your champion" it says to include an aura here.. I am using high khatun and the leader speed buff is a running man icon, which I do not see. I only see buffs and debuffs. I'm not sure which "boots" would be the correct % speed buff. There is also no feedback in this section for what any of them do.
Edit3: team optimizer "optimize glyphs" there is a "Press the ? for instructions" This icon doesn't exist on my iphone 12 pro max. Fortunately, I watched the video so no issue for me.
