@Tina Gliniecki-Miller Yes so amazing such great info! I am wondering where can you get crystals that would be safe? Would you suggest raw only or as far as tumbled go how do you choose those? I know many tumbled stone are tumbled with checmicals that woudlnt be great in water.
I always wash my crystals before putting them in something that I want to consume. I feel like, as far as raw vs. tumbled, it's up to you, as some raw ones are cleaned with chemicals as well. If you have any concerns, use the no-touch method of either surrounding the bottle with the crystals, or putting the crystals in another container that allows them to be surrounded by the liquid, but that the liquid never touches them. :)

While you can drink a whole one of those bottles, I would generally suggest divvying each bottle up into littler medicine bottles with droppers, and then only taking 3-6 drops at a time, as needed. That being said, I do know people who will put essential oils and/or crystals in their bottled water, and will drink that throughout the day.
You can use them by putting a few drops into a beverage. The regularity is dependent upon what your particular elixir is, but you can use them up to 4 times a day.
Tina do you maybe know about any book or article where I could read about this more...like using this drops as a detox program.. do you always use one crystal or can you use them more?
You can use more, just make sure that you're not using toxic crystals. I don't have any specific books to recommend, however, I think perhaps anything by Melody would be a good place to start.

Would it be a problem to drink the whole glass of elixir vs a smaller portion?

Can you just go ahead and chug one of those bottles down or do you need to only drink a small amount at a time? How much do you drink at one time?
